We stayed at this hotel,on 23rd till 28th September It is a fantastic hotel,situated in the financial district. Very close to the CN tower,walkable to lots of attractions and the harbour. We had a huge room,overlooking the station,on the 14th floor,it was spotlessly clean,as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were lovely,very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. We will stay here again.

We just completed a long weekend stay for our anniversary and had a great visit. The Intercontinental is lovely and well maintained. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was large and had great views of the lake and the CN tower. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. There was daily housekeeping with excellent attention to detail. We had access to the club lounge and the concierges there were great. Breakfast was hearty and the evening "snacks" were enough for a meal. The hotel is in downtown, easily walkable to the lake, the hockey hall of fame, the market and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here on a future Toronto visit.

Very good location, in the centre of town. Close to all main attractions, many restaurants and bars in the area. modern hotel, big and clean rooms with all amenities. Best service at the IC club. Highly recommend for business and family friendly.

This hotel is very beautiful but lacks compassion and empathy. I booked a stay July 1 - July 4. I made an error and needed to cancel my reservation after one night as I was an hour away from where I needed to be. Even though my stay was non refundable, I did try to see if I could be compensated in another way. It took from Jul 5 - Sept 29 for the hotel to finally decide not to compensate me at all, no credit voucher to use at this location or any of their other locations. Since this was booked through Delta Vacations, Delta graciously offered me a voucher with them for future travel. I will absolutely never stay at any IHG property, this was an absolute fail on their end and could’ve of been easily reconciled with them keeping what was owed to them but also making me whole as a customer. …

The InterContinental in Downtown Toronto is our go to hotel when visiting. The rooms are comfortable, staff is friendly, food is good and each time we go we can stay in the heart of the city. We also REALLY enjoy “The Club”. The food is always good with many options throughout the stay and the staff is the best. The staff always ensures our stay is amazing, a big thank you to everyone especially Malak who always goes above and beyond.

I was in town for a Toronto Blue Jays vs. New York Yankees game and stayed overnight at the Club Level. Malak that was very personable, likable, and delivered great service! The room was very nice, the hotel was very clean, and the food for the continental breakfast and meals was outstanding!

Excellent staff , good location , I was upgraded from premier to club room, Malala in the club lounge is nice and helpful , food was healthy and tasty , good variety for breakfast and dinner , drinks were available all day at the club lounge, I recommend it!

I’m very troubled by the treatment I received here.. following a verbal disagreement, the security guard had put me in a head lock, racially profiled me and dragged me out while he had my head in a headlock resulting in injury. I should have filed charges all though I didn’t, I expected the director of security to do something, I called to him and he brushed it off, defending the unlawful actions of his employee

Another room with a view of the CN Tower. Hotel in general is starting to feel a bit dated, but you can't fault the quality on offer and the room was first class. We were treated like stars at check-in and the breakfast offering is like nothing I've seen before. Real top notch stuff.

Had the pleasure of staying here during the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival, and overall it was a very good experience. I arrived early the day of my checkin and was able to leave my bags with the concierge to pick-up later that night when I would have a chance to check in. I was on the 18th floor, in a very spacious room with a view of the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were excellent (much better than the usual hotel pillows), and I absolutely loved the duvet. Of course, the real test for me is the hotel shower, and this one did not disappoint. It was huge and contained both a hand-held shower head and an over-head "rain" style shower head for the best of both worlds. The other little touches were nice; hotel robes and slippers were provided. Room service was prompt when I ordered pretty late into the evening (and included a little chocolate which was a nice treat!). What few staff I interacted with were extremely helpful and polite. My only real quibbles were that my thermostat never seemed to work properly: I could turn it down as cold as it went and the room never seemed to get that cold (in fact it said as much because it never actually matched the set temperature). There's a minibar in the room which is always nice, however it being stocked meant it was trickier to store my own drinks/left-overs throughout the week. Finally, I was told I would be emailed my bill, but it never actually came through (though I'm going to email the hotel to see if I can get that). Finally, all week I was looking forward to using the hotel hot tub, but when I finally had time to make it down to the pool area on the Tuesday night it was under "maintenance". May have just been bad timing on my end, but would have really liked the chance to have used it. But otherwise very pleased with my stay, and would absolutely stay here again.…
