Friday afternoon we checked the hotel. We were given room 105, all was good until the next day when we found bugs in our room and our daughters hair. We had to buy a solution to wash her hair to remove them ($70), which also caused us to miss a show ($60) that we had tickets for. (Two additional charges I should not have incurred on our trip) Your staff moved us to another room which was good and had no issues here. Sunday morning when I go downstairs to get my breakfast, I reach to take a bag and one of the staff tells me that I already took my two bags, which I did not. In front of about eight other guests, she continues to belittle me and tell me that my daughter came down and took them. I explain to her that my daughters are 8 and 10 and are still sleeping and I would not allow them to come down by themselves even if they were awake, she continues to yell at me in front of the other guests. She tells me she will show me the cameras, and when I insist to show me, she would not. Later when leaving for the day I show her my two daughters and ask her if they were down for breakfast this morning, she tells me "I'm not arguing over this $hit". I've reached out to the hotel for a response and have heard nothing, this will give you a sense of how they feel about their "guests". If I could I would give a 0 rating.

The first room was disgustingly dirty. There was a bug as soon as i opened the door and brown sticky gooey stuff all ground into the floor. Asked for housekeeping, none at 10pm when we checked in. They asked if we could wait until morning. I refused as it was literally filthy. Moved to a second room that was slightly cleaner. After walking around in the room for an hour, our feet were black with dirt from the carpet. We had to walk around in our sandals. Pool still shut down due to covid they say. If they are that concerned about covid they should at least clean their rooms. Continental breakfast is a bagged lunch that leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk agent accused my brother in law of taking more bagged lunches then we were entitled to when in actuality we took 1 less than we were entitled to every day. Then she accused us of not being entitled to any at all and asked to see our reservation. Upon showing her she said it was wrong. Very unprofessional. Confronting guests and accusing them in front of other guests is completely unacceptable behavior. Asked to speak to a manager and she said there were none. Still haven't heard from one. Avoid at all costs.

If I could rate it a zero, I would! Horrible customer service. The attendant was constantly leaving the front desk , causing a line and not being there when needed by customers. He spoke rudely to us and gave us the impression that we were wasting his time. Pillows, blankets and furniture were damaged and stained. Air conditioner didn’t work. Felt grungy and unclean.

My boyfriend and I had gotten a small damn room😒, people in the hallway on our floor where so damn loud and they were closing their doors so hard too!! No respect what’s so ever!😒😡 We will for sure not be going back, we did not enjoy the service. Oh we even did a noise complaint when we left and they couldn’t do anything about it because they needed a room number! Like bro its everyone on our floor!

They don’t offer a shuttle. I had to call three times to get through to the front desk. They advertise that they are close to the airport but a cab still costs over $40 one way. The attendant offered no help when I finally did get through, refusing to offer even a partial refund.

Don’t waste your money it is disgusting from start to finish. The parking lot is a mess, the staff are rude and the place is just plain falling apart. There was duct tape on the window, the blinds were broken and a bright light shone in all night . Add to that amenities are closed and there is no free breakfast - not even coffee. This place should be closed down

WORST HOTEL THAT IVE BEEN TO! Me & my fiance have been to numerous hotels in Toronto & many other hotels in different cities and this was by FAR the worst one that we've been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The only reason we came to this hotel was because there was supposed to be a New Years party in the area, but that got cancelled so we ended up just coming to the hotel for NYE. We regret coming to this hotel and wish we just chose a more quality hotel in Toronto that would actually PICK UP THEIR PHONE CALLS when a client is trying to call them to get the management to explain to us why we got charged $200 damage fee (which we agreed to upon arrival). FIRST OF ALL, the towels that we used in the hotel were not damaged, they were just dirty. Towels in a hotel room are bound to get dirty & staff should have to clean after guests leave their hotel room... what do you expect a perfectly clean room after guests check out ?its a hotel room which will obviously get dirty because anything can happen during a guests stay. TOWELS/ BED SHEETS CAN BE WASHED. how is this a DAMAGE ?? when I called the hotel the lady could barely explain to me why we got charged $200 on our credit card, on top of that, she accused us for stealing stuff from the hotel room. She said there was also "missing items" and that they took a video of us after we left our hotel room. WHAT CAN YOU POSSIBLY STEAL FROM A HOTEL ROOM? A TV? A BED? A LAMP? Useless staff working at the hotel, who dont know what to say or how to deal with a situation when something goes wrong. Not to mention, they refuse to put you through to a manger when you call, they keep lying and saying that the manager is not there. If I got charged $200, the manager should explain to me why i got charged the damage fee, without hiding and trying to cover his ass for stealing my money. WHAT DID I DAMAGE? EXPLAIN TO ME, DONT HIDE. Not to mention, when we got to the hotel room, the room was actually you can say DAMAGED. Not in perfect condition at all with a random persons hair on the bed ...The Jaccuzi was taped up, blinds were damaged, leak on the side of the jaccuzzi was also taped, smears on the blinds, and dirty walls/ ceiling with stains on it (I have pictures to proove it). To add on, you will be very disappointed with the breakfast, worst than Mcdonalds breakfast actually... frozen "burger" without any meat even. To finalize, the hotel is run by SCAMMERS, dont waste your time or money here, go to a better hotel where you wont be scammed.

The hotel is clean and looks very different from what you see out. However, four hours after checkin, two men walked on on my family in the room, and what's worse...they had a room key to my room! My kids and I were so afraid for our lives. I approached the front desk about the matter, the person who made the mistake told me I must accept the fact that it was a mistake. I wrote the hotel about the matter. I hope I get some type of response. Then, all night there seemed to be a party on my floor. Doors slammed until about 4am. I know because I had to stay alert in case we had more unexpected visitors.

Stayed here because of a lay over and was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The rooms are small, loud, smell terrible of smoke, spilled beer and pot. Requested the front desk to ask my neighbours to lower the volume of their music at 3am and they were annoyed at me for asking. Cleaners yelled at me to leave at 11am even though the front desk confirmed I could leave at 12. And then they tried to charge a random fee on my credit card days latter. I would be upset if I didn’t pity them for having to try and survive through fraudulent means.

This was an INTERESTING experience. I arrived after flying in from London very tired, walked through the front door and suddenly found my feet were wet. I looked down and there was about an inch of water covering the floor of the lobby (thanks to the rain apparently). I then slipped over on my way to check in. The girl behind the counter laughed. She LAUGHED. I almost cracked my head on the granite but she found it funny. Anyway, after my near death experience, she proceeded to charge me a $200 damage deposit on my room. Room itself was decent - weird to have a big hot tub in the middle of a shared room but you know... it's an experience. It was a clean room but a strangely battered too - like cracks in the walls and stuff. Free shampoo and soaps were nice. Wifi didn't reach my room unfortunately but I could plug my laptop in via ethernet Breakfast was extremely average - a muffin wrapped in plastic, a weird egg sandwich wrapped in plastic, and a juice. There was coffee in the rooms but obviously no fresh milk (just the powdered creamer stuff). Met an escort at the hotel at 5am - she was jokes. The only thing that made this trip alot better was the guy on reception, who's name I have sadly forgotten. He let me leave my bag behind reception and gave me a free coffee and muffin <3. AND gave my security deposit back instantly no questions asked, what a dream. Lovely guy, made up for the whole experience being really quite bizzare.
