We had the absolute best hotel experience! The staff went way above and beyond and ALWAYS greeted us with a smile! The room service was impeccable, the food at both Kost and Akira Back is outstanding! This is definitely one of the top, modern hotels in Canada.

stayed at the bisha for a work trip. They had everything taken care of. Great check in process. All kinds of thoughtful touches (like shoehorns and lint brushes in the room). The beds were like sleeping on a cloud.

Beautiful hotel but it emphasized form over function. There was no storage space in the bathroom. The mirror was awkward to use. Wish there was better seating. Loved the location and Kost. Beware if techno music is not your thing, it’s playing everywhere.

I’ve stayed at this hotel over 5 times now and it gets better and better. Had the privilege to meet the manager Jonathan and he is such a gentleman and goes out of his way for me to enjoy my stay. Girls at front desk are amazing too ! Rooms are spotless and modern. WILL COME BACK AGAIN Try the espresso at cafe in hotel 🙌

Celebrated a milestone at Bisha with my friends. My stay was seamless from start to finish with outstanding service and amenities. Views are unparalleled but the service is what makes Bisha the best in Toronto. Kost was excellent with fresh flavours-the calamari is a favourite. The pool area is relaxing and refreshing-great cocktail list. Cannot wait to return to Bisha again.

This is my second visit to Bisha. The service is very high end without being pretentious - they really care that you are enjoying your time there. Management especially is present and friendly. Everyone is smiling there - nice to see people who love what they do! The restaurants (Akira Back and Kost) are delightful. Akira Back was a top five all time dining experiences for me. The views from Kost are the best in the city, bar none. Run, don’t want to this spot. You will have no regrets and a magical, relaxing stay / experiences.

Excellent hotel, staff were superb. Hotel has excellent location. Would highly recommend and would like to return again. Roof top pool has excellent views of the city and CN tower. Pool booking is required.

We had the most amazing time at the Bisha hotel! We went for our anniversary and the staff made it truly special. A huge shoutout to Michael, who went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. He helped us upgrade our room and made us reservations for dinner at Akira Back, the best Asian fusion restaurant I have ever dined at. I look forward to coming back soon!

Very nice and clean hotel. Will recommend to everyone traveling to Toronto, long or short stay. Prompt and friendly service. Asked for an extra blanket and pillow via text message and had it to my room promptly. Check-in was fast and friendly. Mr. Jon Twigg took extra care in showing us all the great amenities, taking care of our car, showing us around and getting our luggage to our room super-fast. Will be back. Thanks for everything Mr. Twigg!
