We booked to stay here because we had a family member in hospital and had already spent 3 nights at a hotel right by the hospital which was more money. Initially the room appeared to be cheaper but by the time we ended up paying the extra money for a third person the room was no deal. Besides the sofa...

Our room was very clean. You can tell they have done renovations recently. The breakfast was included and very good. This is the second time I go to this Hotel. I would go again. Stores and restaurants were close.

The staff here is warm and welcoming, makes you feel right at home. My company has been staying here for years through work. The hotel under went major renovations not too long ago. The breakfast is good. My favorite feature is the Barbeque. I use it every time I'm there.

I was driving across Canada with a group for work, all of our stays were at Comfort Inns, from BC to ON. This Thunder Bay location was by far the best. The room was clean and well appointed for the brand, hot breakfast, etc . But the service here REALLY deserves special mention: - I had a bowl of soup...

Just had a quick stop there while crossing Canada . The rooms were clean and service was good but you see that this place is popular with workers and is more of a motel. Still not bad for Thunder Bay! But if you are looking for a fancier place this is not it.

We stayed here 10/4/15, checked in at 4:08; room 102. The front lobby is new, cold and uninviting - and in my opinion cold and uninviting described ssmith who checked us in. We were originally booked for the second floor (there is no elevator) so asked to move to the first floor. It costs more to be on the 1st...

Typical chain, mid-range-priced motel. Not fancy, not remarkable, not a must-visit-again experience. However, the room was clean, nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable - lots of pillows too. Bathroom was clean and had a bathtub. The included breakfast was just okay (bland scrambled eggs and certainly not CANADIAN bacon) but the coffee was remarkably - for a motel, tasty....

Handy hotel to get to, off the Trans Canada. Almost not far from a number of okay restaurants. I hate their breakfast system, wherein you must go to the counter and present your "voucher" in order to get a hot breakfast. I'm too fussy to play Oliver and ask for "More eggs please". Not sure what their issue is......and I...
