Walking distance to the water. Bikes to borrow. Great breakfast ! Friendly host. We stayed in one of the suites off the main house, huge rooms with screened in varandas and mini fridge. Big hot tub in a screened in gazebo for the guests to enjoy. Although this B&B wasn't close to the ferry, winery or restaurants (short drive away)...

We arrived on Pelee Island in Ontario full of curiousity as to what we would find on this separate island, an hour and a half by ferry on Lake Erie. Unfortunately,we had rented from a person who had grossly misrepresented his cabin; it was totally uninhabitable. Night was falling, and my family of 4 was desperate. Somehow we got the...

I planned a labour day weekend with some of my friends. We were lucky to get a room at the Wandering Pheasant Inn. Sandra was very friendly and helpful and breakfast in the morning was perfect! We stayed in the rooms in the house and they were exactly what we were looking for. Fell in love with Pelee Island and...

Great for a getaway, comfortable, fun, had the amenities we needed. Felt welcomed. Sandra was friendly and informative. We had a lovely tour of the inn to start off along with an introduction to what the island had to offer which was very helpful. Perfect atmosphere for an island retreat.

Very clean resort with a hot tub, campfire and close to the beach. Staff is awesome, best part of the stay. Sandra and Crystal went out of their way to make our stay (2nd time) a memorable one. Thanks ladies!

I enjoyed a four day stay at this quiet clean and enjoyable facility. Each morning started with a pleasant breakfast mixed with interesting conversation and some good humor. Peele Island and its people have left a good impression on me, I will return. Thank you Sandra and happy birthday again to you Crystal. J

We were walk-ins having a bit of reluctance not knowing what to expect. We were greeted by Sandra who quickly charmed us with her warm personality. She provided us with a tour of the inn and showed us several rooms. We were impressed with the decor and its impeccable cleanliness. We decided to stay at least one night and ended...

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suites behind the main house. Room was clean but bed sheets were stained. Several items broken such as dresser a light and the smoke detector was removed. Breakfast was light and not hot or filling. Sandra was friendly and gave us passes to the winery which was wonderful. Overall I think the place is good...

I typically sleep for 4-5 hours night. While at the Inn, I slept for about 11 hours which is a huge record for me. Very relaxing and refreshing - the crickets make for a great background "song" to fall asleep to. We all had a great time. If possible, get Sandra to make the pepperoni, cheese, and sage muffins. I'd...

This was our second time to Pelee Island and we decided we would try out a different place then our first go around for fun! We decided on The Wandering Pheasant Inn and unfortunately did not have the best experience we'd hoped for. We were greeted by Sandra who was very flustered at the sight of us and was very...
