We stayed here for eight nights while visiting a family member who was very ill. We booked a king suite. It seems that the hotel must be very new. The rooms were exceptionally clean and extremely well appointed. There was nothing more we could have asked for. Being that it was during COVID there was no room service unless you left the room for three hours but we don’t really care much about room service anyhow. Whenever we asked for more coffee or towels it happened quickly. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Rooms are very nice and staff very professional. Problem is staff is not enforcing mask policy. After 4 nights in this hotel I constantly have to wait for other elevators due to guests not wearing masks. This also occurs in the lobby in front of staff and nothing is said. With the current infection rate in this city not satisfactory.

Majority of my week is spent in hotels for work. This week I had the best service yet. Centique, welcomed me up to the counter, she had so much energy and pep to her service! I didn’t know the area of go to places and she made some great suggestions on where to go! I feel at times it’s very rare for people try and make and impact. Centique was absolutely amazing and left a great impression! Thank you!

The dresser in my room had very obvious sticky substance all down the front and across the top. There's what I can only describe as vomit in the carpets in the bedroom. The tile floor are sticky enough for my shoes to adhere to them and the walls in the bathroom are just filthy. Had the room service to a clean of my room 3 times now on request and the last time they didn't even empty the garbage can. I stay 5 months a year in hotels and this really stands out especially in a pandemic. Can never get in touch with a manager to deal with this and I've been here almost a week!

My family enjoyed our weekend stay at this hotel. The rooms are up-to-date and clean. We booked standard King rooms and got upgraded at no additional charge. The hotel is conveniently located close to many stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Ottawa.
