John and Abby run a delightful and charming B&B. One block from town and close to several wineries. Our rooms were suite sized and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. John was a wealth of knowledge from what wineries to visit to directions to anywhere. We are already planning our return.

We have been enjoying our stays at Simcoe Manor B&B once or twice per year for a few days ever since the B&B started to operate. Our most recent visit was about two weeks ago. The location is attractive, on a quiet side road but in easy walking distance from the town center. The rooms are spacious and well furnished...

We spent our honeymoon here and highly recommend it to others. The mansion is tastefully decorated and makes you feel like you are stepping into a fairy tale. Breakfast is certainly 5-Star and the dining room is fit for kings and queens. We stayed in the "Green Room" which was spacious and clean with a large en suite bath. We...

Mr. Gartner, the proprietor is not only an exceptional host, he is a wealth of knowledge with enough history in the town to procure last minute tickets, reservations for dinner, etc. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Mattress, pillows and bedding were conducive for a great nights sleep. Then there is breakfast !! Wonderful from start to finish....

I've been coming back to this lovely B&B for almost ten years. The house and rooms are beautiful, and very convenient to the theatres and other destinations in and around the Niagara region. John and Ally bend over backwards to make the visit enjoyable. They have a wealth of information and contacts in the area and are most helpful in...

As regular visitors to Niagara-on-the-Lake, we were quite pleased to find our way on our most recent trip to Simcoe Manor. Since we were traveling with my father, we took advantage of the wonderful set-up afforded by the adjoining Henley and Simcoe suites. Easy access with lots of room and privacy, it was just perfect for us. The bonus of...

We have have staying with John for many years and truly enjoy the charm of this B&B. The breakfasts are amazing and very graciously presented. Close to all of the plays, and easy to get to all of the wineries and area attractions.

John and Ally welcome you into their home. Rooms are clean and well appointed, convenient to theatres and town. Breakfast is plentiful, and served for all guests at 9, so you can compare notes on sightseeing, wineries, plays and get ideas for your stay or your next visit. John knows the local wines, wineries, restaurants, sights, and shows at the...

Myself and two friends have enjoyed our annual visit to Simcoe Manor for, at least, six years. It is a beautiful house and we return because we are treated like royalty, John Gartner, the proprietor is very knowledgeable about the area, theatre and local vineyards. The breakfasts are wonderful and John and his staff take great pride in the presentation...

We (myself and two friends) travel annually to the Shaw Festival and we always stay at the Simcoe Manor in the 'Simcoe Suite' which is in fact in the lower level of this B & B. We will always return as long as John Gartner continues to operate. As our many stays have been wonderful and we have found John...
