Very comfortable, good location, excellent value for the price and fantastic breakfasts. We enjoyed cocktails on the porch over looking a well kept lawn. Only minutes from downtown where we took in the local flavor and shops

We had a short but great stay at the Abacot. We arrived Friday evening with champagne on ice in our room (at my husbands request), and we sat on the balcony overlooking the gardens, watching the sunset and sipping our Niagara region sparkling wine. The location is a bit outside of the main hub, and right off the main road....

Ed and Irene made us feel right at home; their accommodations were very nice; and Ed's 'made to order' breakfasts were delicious! They also shared their knowledge of the area, which was very helpful; and we especially loved our visit to the Welland Canal (lock 3), as was suggested by Irene. So glad we stayed at Abacot Hall! The room and bathroom were clean, well furnished, and spacious. We enjoyed meeting the other guests at the wonderful breakfast (with many food choices offered). We will certainly stay with Ed...

A welcoming entrance surrounded by rose bushes. We met our friends several times in the comfy and peaceful living room. We also made use of the 2nd floor deck overlooking lush yard for our happy hr. before going to an elegant restaurant for dinner.

The breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. Fresh fruits were provided daily. The owners were helpful providing us with recommendations for wine tours, dining out, and coupons for every activity. We stayed for three days which gave us time to visit a number of wine vineyards both big and small.

Very friendly, helpful hosts. I booked our trip last minute, and even in the 24 hours between booking and check-in they were fully available to give us options for wine tours and offered to take care of the booking for us. Thank you!
