The lady told me it was going to be vegetarian breakfast the night before and that haunted me until we sat at the table the next morning. They made eggs with cheese souffle and there was fresh fruit and nice bread with fine jams. I don't normally eat toast and jam but this stuff was special. The dessert was apple...

Well, there were three of us - Grandma, Mom and Daughter. Excited to visit Niagara Falls, but we wanted to be comfortable and stay in one room. Marlene and Otto were excellent hosts - our room was A++ - Beds, Bath, Linens, Access, Parking, Breakfast, Quiet, Comfortable, Close to downtown of Niagara on the Lake and Friendly. The mini suites at Hilton, Marriott or Starwood 's hotels all pale in comparison to the accomodation at this Guest House. Luxurious rooms with Fine furnishings, interesting local art, genuine collectables, etc. Top that with a scrumptious breakfast after a very comfortable sleep, very high speed wi fi and you feel that you have hit the jackpot in accomodation.

There's much to admire in Niagara-on-the-lake, beautiful gardens and mansions, a host of wineries and restaurants, walking and biking paths along the river, and historical Fort George. The Hieberts' B&B is well up to the local standard. Our room was huge, with a double and a single bed, sitting area, and fully equipped bathroom. Everything about the house is finished...

My husband and I have stayed at the Hiebert House many times, and as usual, enjoyed our recent stay. Our accomodations were sparkling clean, our breakfast was delicious. Our hosts, charming and pleasant. Thank you, Otto and Marlene.

This is an immaculate and well-organized B and B. The owners have been running it for 30 years and it shows. The entrance to the rooms is well separated from the owners living area, so it is private and comfortable. We stayed in the Country Room which was spacious and well-equipped with two beds, plenty of towels, a hair dryer,...

My daughter and I just attended the Shaw Festival and stayed at the Hiebert's Guest House. The room was spotless - maybe even cleaner if that is possible! :-) The house is large and very quiet. We had a great stay and I would suggest that anyone who likes quiet and calm should stay here. The breakfast was very good.

“The Rose Room has a private bath but you have to leave the room to get to it. As it is only steps from the room in a quiet hallway, it appeared to me to be a comfortable arrangement.”
