I had stayed at hotel previously and had a good experience. So I booked again and was disappointed. There are so many hotels to choose from next time I won't stay here.
Free breakfast!! No variety from day to day but many options!...More
From the moment we arrived at the hotel our experience was fantastic. Staff were top class. Our room was honestly the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. Added to this was the most exquisite view of the falls.

Enjoyed the hospitality this placed offered. 2 queens and sofa and incredibly beautiful view of the falls if you can get room 2817.
Bathroom tub could use updating however. Beds are not very comfortable either, but will do the job.

In all the rooms that I've stayed in at the Embassy Suites Fallsview (I used to go a few times a year) I've never heard of this category of room. If I had to venture a guess, it'll be enter the door into a room with a pull-out couch that pulls out into a queen bed. That goes into a short hall with a mini fridge and the single bathroom off of that. That short hall opens into the bigger room with 2 queen beds and the windows overlooking the falls. One bath. Toilet and shower in a separated area from the rest of the bathroom.
