The room was okay, pretty small though, same with bathroom. View of the falls was spectacular but we also had a view inside all the windows of the next door hotel. Room walls are pretty thin too and you can hear your neighbors talking. They charge you $45 for "valet parking" yet

We were lucky to get the room with central view. It was a memorable stay at the hotel with clean, spacious rooms and decent kitchen. The receptionist (I wish I remember her name) checked for the best room available during check-in and help us proactively. Restaurant may be a bit

I agree with the other reviews about how the hotel is rundown and needs renovation. The elevator and hallways are a little old. The parking fee is overpriced at 45 Canadian dollars. However, the view from our hotel window was beyond amazing so we did not care about anything

Went here with my family just for the breakfast. We didn't stay in the hotel. We love IHOP and waited 30 minutes in the waiting area to go up and eat. It wasn't your basic IHOP food. It was pretty bad and paid over $100 for a family of 4. The view is very breath taking and the

No pool or any other amenities. Clean and comfortable for a night, but wouldn't recommend a long stay. Park at the Casino and have breakfast at Applebee's

There is no place to park at the hotel, only a small semi circle to pull off the road and unload your bags and check into the hotel. The hotel offers valet parking for $45CAD per day, or you may find your own parking somewhere else. Since I was from out of town and did not know the area at all, I decided to go with the valet parking. The parking lot that they use seemed very secure, and my car was well taken care of. The only downside to this is that you have to take a shuttle to get your car. It's free, but you have to wait for it to arrive, and then it also makes another stop at the hotel next door. It took me about 40 minutes to get my car when I checked out of the hotel; but there were many people checking out at the same time, which probably accounts for the amount of time it took.

I stayed here one night and stayed at another hotel the night before. It was the week in March when all kids are off from school so the area was very busy but the staff was very accommodating! Although I don’t remember exactly what time we checked in, we were able to get into the room early. I’d call the hotel and explain your situation. I’m sure they’ll figure something out for you!
