the hotel is well located for easy access to the Falls and all other attractions. the suite we had was very nice. the staff was exceptional and was very attentive to our needs. the restaurant was just reopening from a remodel, the one meal we had was good. wish we had came a couple of weeks later as we were...

We stayed here on May 27-28, 3 people were in our party. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely friendly. We were given room 131 on the ground floor with the windows facing the courtyard. The sheer drapes were not enough to block the light, and the drapes did not have a track to completely block the...

We selected this boutique hotel based on reviews. We were absolutely happy here. Every one we interacted with was kind, warm, efficient and pleasant (thank you in particular Sonam and Daniel). Room was perfect- nice linens, king bed and the fireplace was wonderful. Bed super comfy and even magazines under night table. Turn down service provided. We enjoyed several drinks...

Hotel is in an overall average condition. Bed, lamps and patio door broken. Additional fees to be considered before booking. Breakfast option is expensive. Otherwise, clean and out of the ordinary hotel.

we really did love the room and the look of the entire inn but the "resort" fee for essentially Starbucks coffee was pretty ridiculous. Additionally, there was much cheaper parking available nearly onsite but when I called ahead I was told there wasn't any parking other than paying the hotel parking fee. Once we checked in we were told the...

It was a beautiful place to stay. But when I tried to check in I was told I had to pay for the whole night plus a $200 deposit, before I even spent the night. I completely understand a deposit but I have neve had to pay for my whole night stay before I've actually stayed the night. I couldn't...

Central location is great for the area, away from the action but close enough to it that a short walk is all it takes. Pool area very small. The room was nice but the bathroom was really rough and the courtyard rooms with exterior access don't feel very safe.. the worst was we lost a very important family item this...

This place was disgusting to say the least. Always dirty people were rude and didn't clean good. Lots of trash people walking around. They over charge your credit card hoping you don't notice I booked on bookings.com and it was a $400 booking when I was done there they charged me $1200 when I brought it up to their staff...

OK it is a very nice hotel within a stones throw of the Falls. Lots of character but I don't consider it a "boutique" hotel. That label in my opinion is for an hotel with different themed rooms. A minor point. My main disappointment was the lack of an in-room comfort station, i.e., tea/coffee making facilities. Together with a disaster...

The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, especially as the worst snowfall of this winter season hit. We stayed an extra night because we were snowed in and the roads were very dangerous. We were given a "snow rate" which was incredible. The rates were already so reasonable. The hotel is a beautiful mix...
