Really disappointed!! Have stayed at many Novotel's around the world. Room littered with thick black hairs, we hypothesized that our maid was actually a Sasquatch . Parking extremely tight and limited. Was told free breakfast but second english guy thought different. 2 Cups of coffee $4.00 and was and was coffee. Again totally disappointed never staying at this Novotel again

Had to stay for 3 weeks for work, would never stay if had other choices. Room temperature fluctuates (set for 26 celsius), freezing cold at nights. No bed sheets, but a very thin quilt, I had to cover with my own winter jackets while sleeping. Caught a very bad cold on the first week. Fridge is of extra charge, but...

I usually stay in hotels in the Accor group when travelling in Europe as they offer a wide range of options from low cost to luxury hotels. While not so common or convenient in Canada, I do stay in Novotel's on occasion, when it fits my travel needs. This was my fourth stay here; I find it convenient for my...

Stayed here for one night February 13th. We went to a show in the Living Arts Centre which was not far from this hotel. Don't let the bad reviews stop you. The hotel lobby was beautiful. Staff were very polite and helpful. It was a bit difficult to find the front door which is actually on Sussex gate and not...

We stayed at the Novotel last week of January with some family and friends. All I can say is I would not recommend this hotel. It's outdated, you smell chlorine from the pool as soon as you walk in to reception, not so friendly staff. The only thing this hotel has going for it is that it's very close to...

Spent three days at the hotel for work related activities nearby. The room was comfortable and a good size and everything seemed to work well. A hot breakfast was included but unfortunately, the hot food was terrible as cold or overcooked. Had to rely on the cold breads, cereals, meats and fruit. If you like a full breakfast, it might...

This hotel is good for a stay and worth trying, although for same price you could also try at sandam Hotel in oakville which is located at 3 min walk of an big outlet shopping mall. The novotel has rooms which are nice but no high class. The price Quality is fine and there is a nice huge shopping mall...

This is a story of heroes and villains. So reception had no problem charging encouraging me to opt for parking (included in my rate) instead of breakfast (alternatively included) despite knowing they weren't actually charging guests for parking because the system was being changed. I only found out when a heroic waitress gave me the heads-up. WiFi is slow unless...
