Stayed at this location over 30 nights in the past 3 months. Always great service, clean, and quiet rooms. Located right downtown in London close to a mall, many restaurants, health clubs and London Knights hockey arena. Staff at this location is excellent.

Dear Michael M, I want to thank you so much for giving our hotel this great review. Our location in the heart of Downtown London and minutes away from the Old East Village gives our guests a lot of options in terms of dining and things to do. Thanks again for your kind comments.

The rooms are very nice and spacious, just what was needed after a long day of travelling cross country. Bedroom is separate from the main area. Price was a little high for my liking but possibly due to that being normal in London. However, one thing that really bothered me was the hotel denying my late checkout request due to...

Had occasion to stay in this lovely two bedroom unit with a friend who's is in London for cancer treatment. Breakfast is OK and if they used real eggs it could be classed as excellent. Underground parking is $15 which is more than I like to pay. I mean, the basement is there regardless. Free WiFi which is very disappointing...

I do a lot of business travel in Ontario, so staying at a hotel that makes me feel like home away from home is important. The rooms are clean, and bright, staff extremely pleasant and helpful, and I have yet to find anything that gives me reason not to come back to the hotel while I stay in London. As...

Large, well-furnished suite consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, small but functional kitchen and a large dining/sitting room. Bed was comfortable, with both foam and feather pillows. Very clean. No bar or restaurant (above-average complementary breakfasts served, however). Underground (cramped) parking. .Convenient to downtown. Efficient and friendly staff.

The Residence Inn London was a nice hotel with large spacious rooms. My only beefs are this the hotel doesn't own it's own pool you have all access to the YMCA next door which has a multi height level in the pool only 2 in North America. The room came with a microwave/convention oven. And a 2 burner cook top....

I come here every summer for a convention. I always have a great stay here. The room is super clean, the bed is very comfy, and the kitchen has everything I need. I love that all the dishes are there and there is a small dish washer. The staff will even go do groceries for you. Definitely stay here!

Positive: Nice and ultra spacious suites with full kitchen and separate bedrooms, friendly staff and service. Negative: The persistent bad odour (through out our 3 day stay) in the entry hall and elevator just spoiled it as we could not wait to get out to fresh air, room also did not smell fresh and the absolutely worst coffee ever served...

We selected a two bedroom apartment style suite with two king beds and a pullout, two bathrooms and kitchen ,living room and dining table. Three tv's. It was a perfect place for gathering with friends, and family after my daughters graduation. We brought champagne and cheese and crackers and cookies to share before our downtown dinner reservations. If we wanted to...
