We chose it because it was reasonably priced and we were travelling with our dog. Close to the national park and also convenient to use as a base to go on some winery tours in Essex county. Would go back again.

Hotel is a quaint inn located on the shore of Lake Erie close to the ferry to Pelee Island. Nice bar/restaurant in the lower level. Rooms on the second and third floors are not accessible to people with mobility issues. Rooms are nice enough although showing their age. Ours was clean and well supplied. It did only have one chair...

My husband and I needed a place to stay while on our recent trip down to Pelee National Park. This very quaint hotel was a perfect location, as it was situated nicely by the shore and a two minute walk from the ferry. There were restaurants within walking distance and a marina to stroll to. Our room was on the...

Had a queen room on the second floor. No glasses in room and had to ask. Only a single desk chair and two bar stools so not really optimal for sitting in the evening. Room was quiet, well maintained temperature, and comfortable bed. standard coffee making with wax paper cups and glass water glasses not available. Small fridge unit in...

We stayed here for the birding festival when it was pretty hard to get rooms. Check-in and check-out was easy and the staff was very pleasant. We were given a room overlooking a parking lot, not the lake. Even so it was very quiet. We just kept the curtains closed at night. The room was very clean. There were some...

This past weekend, 8 friends and I stayed at the sea cliff for two nights. We booked there under recommendations from other friends. We had eaten there in the past and enjoyed it. I called the hotel around noon on Friday to let them know that we would be a little late checking in and may not arrive until 8...

We arrived very late in the evening (11:30pm),reception was closed but everything was left for us, so no problem getting to our room, hotel is on 3 levels, so take note of what the hotel information says (there are no lifts). Room was lovely and big nice comfy bed. I think the room could do with a couple of nice...

We have booked three rooms and had reached 2 hrs before the check in time, but received a very warm welcome at the front desk and checked in the room before the stipulated time. The room was spacious and very clean with a beautiful view of the lake. The location is very close to the ferry terminal for going to...

A very nice little inn with happy and helpful staff. Room was standard fair, but clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the restaurant was under renovations. Inn is very close to the ferry that travels to Pelee Island.

We had wonderful service at the Seacliffe- clean, up to date & well appointed rooms. Little extras make a BIG difference. Special arrangements were made for our extra large group. Couldn't ask for more. View was perfect from our lakeside room. Dinner at Rays Ribhouse nearby was convenient & tasty. We will be back to make this an annual get-together!...
