Charming B&B with each room a step back in time to vintage Canadiana. Approx 2 1/4 hour drive east on 401 from Toronto, and minutes off hwy on #15. Quiet and peaceful with parking for electric vehicles and lovely gardens. Hosts are warm & welcoming, this was our 2nd stay, up watching OUA Volleyball at Queens and RMC. Both universities...

Nigel and Tessa's beautiful home has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Our bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed looking at the inn's tastefully displayed antiques. The delicious breakfasts included homemade jam, edible flowers and a great tea selection. Our dietary restrictions (gluten free and low carb) were cheerfully accommodated. Remember to let them know in advance if...

My husband and I were frantic trying to find a quiet, lovely place to stay for our short visit for the Tragically Hip concert. Every hotel & B& B was booked. Thankfully Nigel was kind enough to save my info and phoned me when there was a cancellation! He and Tessa were very understanding that all the couples staying that...

This is a beautifully restored Victorian House. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the bed divine and it includes tea and coffee making facilities and a guests sitting room. The bath was enormous. Tessa and Nigel were amazing hosts who love what they do. Nigel is a talented cook and the breakfast was fabulous. There were birds nesting in the beautiful...

Tessa and Nigel are wonderful hosts and made our Kingston stay very special. Exceptional breakfasts, caring service, and interesting conversations with both the hosts and other guests made this a delightful long weekend experience. Can't imagine why this B&B isn't #1 on Trip Advisor!! Thank you Tessa & Nigel!

We really do appreciate your comments. We also learn a lot from our guests - restaurant experiences (can't do all the research ourselves, although we try!), and all the other helpful tips we can pass on to our other guests. The breakfast conversation is also a very good way for guests to share their experiences. Thank you again - and...

A group of 6 ladies arrived at Greenwoods Inn this past week for a 2 night stay. Nigel and Tessa are the ultimate hosts and very caring individuals. The Inn is restored beautifully, the gardens are coming into their full bloom. It is a 10 -15 minute drive to centre of Kingston. Breakfast was gourmet and bountiful with both Nigel...

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying here overnight. We are from Kingston, but decided to spend the night at a local B&B to celebrate our tenth anniversary. I checked us in on Saturday afternoon. Nigel and Tessa were very friendly and welcoming. The house itself is gorgeously restored to late it's 19th century glory. After dinner...

“My room was at the front looking towards the road; but I had no issue with sound. It does not get busy until the morning when people are going to work and most guests would be going down for breakfast by that time. I also liked the morning sun. My friends were on the south west side and were very satisfied with the accomodations there.”
