The location of this motel is good, just of highway 401, but it is a little run down. We read online that a complimentary breakfast was included, but it wasn't. Our room didn't have a coffee maker, nor was there coffee available in the motel reception area. The room was clean but older and tired-looking. Pleasant staff on the desk.

We saw the TripAdvisor review on this hotel...WiFi Pool Breakfast and to our surprise after checking in there were none of the above and blamed TripAdvisor for the misinformation NEVER stay there!the price quoted was doubled when we finished...it's a rip off!

The people at the front desk were nice to deal with. When I got to my room was surprised to see s nice size room that was pretty up todate with furnishings. The bathroom looked like it was recently redone also. Parking spaces were quite large for each car. Bed was quite comfortable. The price was really good for what...

We stopped at Kingston on the way from Montreal to Toronto. After looking around Kingston we stayed at this motel as it was on the main road back out to the 401. The rooms were OK but a little run down. We had 2 rooms and one room had more facilities than the other. It is almost as if when...

We stayed here for one night before we headed to the states. This Motel is older however it is nicely situated off the highway in a park like setting and quiet. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. Comes with a fridge and microwave. The staff is very friendly and goes out of your way to make...

Not a lot of water pressure in the shower if you have long hair to rinse but if you are young enough you can rinse easily under the tap. Would have liked to know where there was coffee or food as there is no mention of it in the rooms. Maybe the management could just add a printed welcome sheet...

This place is for someone frugal who is in transit over Kingston. Very basic place, seems somewhat run down. But cheap, and OK for night or so. Anyway, Kingston is not a touristy place and most won't usually require to stay longer. Good to carry for food.

Room door lock sticks, room is too dark, toilet plugs, shower doesn't work, couldn't login to wireless, coat rack fell off the wall, heater doesn't work, rear window opening mechanism broken. Didn't try the tv. I should have known something was up when I had to pay for the entire stay in advance. I won't be back.

Well, some of the reviews were negative reviews but I suspect that it comes from folks that expect staff to wipe their butts but I liked the place and thought the motel was clean and cheap. What more do you need?

Stopped here on my way through Kingston. It is conveniently located just off the 401 at the highway 15 exit. Nice room with kitchenette and comfortable king bed for $69. Would definitely recommend for a quick stay or if you're in the area for work for a little while. Just download the road from the military base in Kingston.
