Good question. For the two times I have stayed, I don't recall being given a map... just verbal directions to the room. The registration desk is central to the two wings of the hotel. Our first room that was north of the desk on the lower (half) level is very noisy because the hallway is like an echo chamber. Second room was south of the desk and up a few stairs facing Gordon Street - much quieter. This hotel caters to the University with a lot of conference rooms, so it is not your standard layout for a hotel (twists, turns, part stairs, different height ceilings - all planned that way in modern styling). Surely the hotel management should be able to help you out.
