What a great experience....from the moment we drove up! The service was excellent (including going back to our car for us to grab a bottle of wine left behind). My wife and I enjoyed Langdon very much and plan to go back again.

this place is truly Breath taking, and close to the golf course too. highly recommended if ever in the Kitchener Waterloo area. Try to stay in the main house if possible, it will not be disappointing.

In the summer, 4 of us had afternoon high tea at Langford Hall. Beautiful setting for a very expensive tea served nicely but totally unacceptable food. Never again. The service was a bit tardy, but acceptable. The food was served as one would expect in a afternoon tea, but all the sandwiches were tasteless and the scones were rock hard.

We stayed here while on business location is great and the rooms have a ton of character. This was our second year back and loved it. Bathrooms are amazing and beds were good. Only bad thing was we went for lunch once and ordered a cheese tray to share and the amount of cheese that was on the plate was...

I wasn't sure what to expect, but was quite pleasantly surprised in almost every way. My room was very spacious - all modern conveniences but with a historical feel. The food was delicious - French refinement. The service was terrific all around. My only negative was the strong smell of smoke from the wood fireplace in my room which must...

I took my mother for high tea at Langdon Hall. It was a huge disappointment. The tea was cold and tasteless. The pastries were uninviting and very meager. The service was slow. A price tag of over $100 is ridiculous for what we were served. The atmosphere is pretty and the grounds are lovely to look at. I wouldn't go...

This was our 2nd visit to the Hall for brunch. The property and restaurant have gone downhill. The long driveway is full of potholes and makes for an uncomfortable drive. The selection of items on the buffet was disappointing. The main item was quiche made with goat's cheese; not a popular choice for most of our party. Eventually, there was...

This property is an old estate home converted to a hotel and event/conference facility. The location is great, just off the Hwy 401 at Cambridge ON. The setting is quiet and you have the feeling of being in the country. The building is fine. I my view the interior was really tired, carpet is old, it needs a good interior...

Beautiful property and grounds. Excellent service from check in to check out. Old English style country mansion, very well appointed rooms, many fireplaces and most of them burning wood the day long. Includes a pool room, a bar, a spa, several big private rooms, a wonderful restaurant. All rooms are different and have their own character. We stayed in one...

A Sunday night with an early work start the following morning. We could not get into the dining room until 8pm. So we called the restaurant at 7pm to give them our order and explained that we had a small timing window for dinner. Arrived at 8 and sat until 9:45 before our dinner came. Even with the head's up...
