After a looonnng ride from Louisbourg, we arrived and were welcomed warmly by Michelle. We chatted a bit and she showed us our room, the Seashell, which is shown in their advertisement. The bed was huge and really, really comfortable ;) We had a nice sitting area, a clean bathroom with shower and a little porch with a table and... More

This was our first experience staying in a B&B. Michelle and Gail are wonderful hosts! The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great! I wish we were able to spend another night but we were off to PEI. This is a great place to stay if you plan to catch the ferry in the morning. I would definitely... More

Stayed only one night before catching the ferry to PEI the next morning. It was ideal. Located very convenient but the B & B itself backed up to a woodsy area. I think all the rooms are good. We stayed in "Max's Landing" and loved it. Even had a little kitchen. Michelle was wonderful. Gave us all kinds of tips... More

We stayed at Evening Sail in late July, 2014 and can't say enough good things about this quaint, comfortable and welcoming experience! We loved our beautiful room - so unique and the deck was a lovely surprise. We spent a quiet evening enjoying the view, the warmth and the sunset right there, sipping wine and eating outstanding pizza from the... More

Our first B&B and I can't say WOW enough! It was a fantastic stay. My fav part of my stay was morning breakfast. Michelle and Gail thank you so much. From the moment we walked through your door we felt like we had been friends with you for years. You have such a wonderful personality and your love for what... More

By far one the best B&B's we have stayed at. The bed was so comfortable, we overslept the first night and ended up being late for breakfast! We stayed in Max's Landing - a wonderful room with a small kitchenette that allowed us the luxury of cooking our own meals if desired. It had a private porch as well, so... More

We stayed in the "Pebble" room which is the smallest room for a two night stay. We also had friends who stayed in the largest suite so we got to see a few of the rooms. Our stay was delightful and the rooms wonderful. Michele and her Mom are delightful hosts who make you feel very at home and provide... More

We had the Sandpiper room for one night with lovely balcony overlooking the garden but very small but efficient bathroom. We thought Michelle and her mother charming, humorous and very good company as well as producing a wonderful breakfast. Yes it is different to sit down with other guests at breakfast but we thoroughly enjoyed the convivial company and slightly... More

We stayed here one night, en route from Annapolis Royal, with a stop to do Tidal Bore rafting on the Shubenacadie River. We got to the B&B a little on the late side (8:30p) yet Michelle was waiting and very friendly and accommodating. We are a family of 5 and rented 2 rooms(Jacob's Dory - big, 2 Q beds, mini-apt...and... More
