We had a very nice stay for one night at this B & B. We had a beautiful view from our room through the fields and down to the water. Our room was clean, comfortable and modern. We enjoyed the common area downstairs where everyone congregated after returning from dinner. A great place to mingle with the other guests. Breakfast...

The Rose & Thistle was designed to be a Bed and Breakfast... It is very well maintained, both outside and inside. Rooms are modern and clean, and the bed in our room was very comfortable (firm) for a good night's sleep. Views from the dining room and back balcony are magnificent, rolling landscape, down to Antigonish Harbour. We found the...

Stayed at this lovely B&B for one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was attractive, comfortable and very clean, the proprietors were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

We stayed here for one night after a flight to Halifax from Scotland. Our hosts were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We had two rooms and they were both very nice. The breakfast was very good and Jim presented us with a lovely photographof the 3 of us, a great welcome to NovaScotia..

I agree with many of the other reviews. Beautiful location, nice garden, clean rooms, nice common area. Only issue is that rooms are in the basement, and even though with open access to the garden, it does allow you to hear every step of the innkeeper after they wake up. Inn keepers very nice but quite unusual. Warm, heloful and...

A lovely B&B run by Jim and Marleen. We stayed over in Antigonish for one night enroute to the airport the following morning. Jim has a wry sense of humor and is professional. He gave us great advice on dining in town. The inn is very sweet, clean and Maureen's breakfast was very good.

We stopped here on our way from Cape Breton to Sherbrooke. Accomodations were very well done. Breakfast was excellent. The host took our picture and gave us a copy when we left which was much appreciated. We went dowtown for dinner and were pleasantly surprised at the vibrant downtown that had a number of choices for dinner. Very easy to...

This is such a great bed and breakfast. My niece and I ended or tour of Cabot trail here. The accommodations are great and so is the hospitality. Jim was very helpful and friendly. His wife makes a beautiful breakfast to start your day. Plus they gave me a nice little gift that I will treasure forever. I didn't get...

We had a lovely overnight stay at this B&B run by the Hubley's. Room was cozy, quiet, and comfortable. There are 4 guest rooms, all on the lower level. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and very well presented. Would stay again!

We visited Antigonish recently & stayed at The Rose & Thistle. It was a very pleasant & memorable experience. Jim & Maureen were attentive & gracious hosts with plenty of advice regarding local happenings. Delicious breakfasts were served every morning while taking in amazing views of their landscape.
