We stayed with Robin, Neil and Chico for 2 nights but were wishing we could have stayed longer. Stella Rose is an easy 10 minute walk to the downtown.
Robin and Neil greeted us warmly and gave us the beautiful Rose Suite. There is a wonderful sitting area with a desk and tv, separate from the bedroom but joined, allowing fresh air to circulate through 3 sets of windows. There is an air-conditioner that we did not need at the time. The bathroom has a lovely shower with all the modern amenities, including soft towels, glass opaque panel to allow light in from the sitting area and lots of places to hang towels, hand soap, cream, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner if you choose to use it. They also had 2 nice soft housecoats for use hanging in the open closet. The mini fridge housed our wine, pop and cheese and filtered water was provided. Our queen bed was medium firm and allowed for a very comfortable sleep.
The breakfasts were amazing as ever, between Robins perfect pancakes and Neil's perfect Spanish omelets, toast, fruit, potatoes and mushrooms. They have 4 choices but all are amazing. The first morning we sat outside on the beautiful deck surrounded by flowers and vines including the most beautiful huge rhododendron that Robin nurtured. Robin started us with yogurt and fresh fruit and delicious coffee, OJ or fresh nonalcoholic apple cider.
Chico was as sweet natured as ever, calm and happy, even after his grooming.
We enjoyed wine with our hosts and met another guest Bill, who was just as charming.
Robin, Neil and Chico made us feel like part of the family and we will definitely return again every year.

A stay at Stella Rose is not just a bed and breakfast stay. Robyn and Neil are much more the family I would choose if I could. The Garden Apartment was comfortable and spacious including tea, coffee, fridge.... The breakfast was incredibly good and prepared with a lot of love and feeling for good ingredients. Our hosts not only had time for questions or recommendations for beautiful hiking trails and good restaurants nearby, but also for funny stories. When we came through the garden gate on the second evening (we were there for three nights), it felt like coming home. Thank you both for this wonderful finish of a wonderful trip.
The location is very convenient to downtown, parking spaces are right in front of the house so you can explore the charming town of Wolfville by foot.
We'll definitely be back.

I have stayed in many places in Wolfville and around the world and this was by far my favorite. It felt so at home and cozy, it was such a cute place with such welcoming hosts. There was tea, coffee, and cookies downstairs whenever we wanted, we had a huge choice for breakfast, and the room was large and extremely clean, I kept smelling the blanket b/c I just loved the smell. The bathroom was beautiful, it had a jacuzzi with every possible thing you might need for a fun bath in the cabinet, as well as wonderful smelling bath products. The bed was so comfy, I fell asleep the second my head hit the pillow. You can control the temperature of the room yourself so it will be comfy no matter how cold or hot you like it.

This stay completely surpassed my expectations, I never have felt the magic of Wolfville I hear about until this stay. I was even moving into a new place and the owners gave me a house warming gift.

If you want to experience what Wolfville is all about, this is absolutely the best place to do that. Far better than any of the hotels and other Air bnbs around, many have rude owners or are a little gross but not here, they are sooo friendly, and extremely clean. 100% recommend, you need to stay here.

This charming B&B was the perfect addition to our vacation. The hosts were amazing, their residence is beautiful and the location is purely picturesque. They were very friendly and inviting, offering suggestions for meals, cocktails and running locations which added so much value to the experience. They have truly thought of everything- chilled water in the room (in a small wine fridge, in case you want to chill a bottle or two while visiting), wine and water glasses in the room, the SOFTEST bath robes, and amazingly comfortable beds. There was coffee available anytime with plate of fresh cookies and Neil’s breakfast was phenomenal. I can’t recommend the Stella Rose enough-you must stay here!

Robyn and Neil have thought of tons of small details in both the common areas and the guest rooms that made our overnight easy and comfortable. Frictionless stay, great bed, great breakfast, and excellent suggestions for things to see, routes to run, etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

After a long drive, we were welcomed to our destination for the next few days by Neil, Robyn and Chico, our lovely hosts. We were in the garden suite, which featured two comfortable beds, a wine cooler and a private deck. Breakfast was served on the main deck under sprawling grape vines, where we were offered a variety of choices, all starting off with a fresh fruit salad, yogurt and local apple cider. We were able to enjoy a private guided wine tour with our host Neil, where we sampled wines from 5 different wineries, in the breathtaking Annapolis Valley. A great opportunity to take in some of the less well known wineries with someone as knowledgeable as Neil! We were also within walking distance to downtown Wolfville, where we enjoyed dinners at their recommended restaurants during our stay. One of the highlights was enjoying a glass of local wine and conversation with our hosts on our last evening there.

We had a lovely stay at the Stella Rose. We stayed in the Sunset Suite. It was a very comfortable room and we really enjoyed the separate sitting room and the nice bathroom. The breakfast is very enjoyable and the gardens are so peaceful and relaxing. The B&B is within walking of many pubs and restaurants but it’s the many personal touches that really makes your visit.

Lovely stay. Robyn and Neil were incredibly hospitabie. A very warm welcome from Robyn when we arrived. Neil cooked a really scrumptious breakfastand provided us with a great overview on how to spend our limited time. ( and his British Squash playing!)
Very well placed for walk into town for restaurants. would certainly recommend to our British friends to include this on any trip to Nova Scotia.
Anne & Martin, the Brits!

My wife and I decided to spend our honeymoon at the Stella Rose after our trip to France was canceled due to the recent pandemic; it turned out to be a fantastic choice. Neil and Robyn are excellent hosts. They're very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They had great recommendations for anything we were looking for in the surrounding area. They also made great efforts to follow sanitation and distancing guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, which made us feel more at ease.

We stayed in the Sunset Suite, which we found was highly clean, comfortable, and ideal for what we needed. We quickly learned the morning breakfast they provide was excellent and made us look forward to it each day. We also enjoyed relaxing on the patio to take in the atmosphere and speak with other guests, as well as their dog Chico (who is very friendly & calm).

We also liked taking short walks to downtown Wolfville. We were able to easily explore local bars, restaurants, and wineries. The Harvest Moon trail is also only a short distance away if anyone is looking to cycle, run, or walk.

Overall we had a great experience. The Stella Rose B&B offers you everything you want out of a trip. We're hoping to return back soon.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying in the Garden Studio at the Stella Rose B+B! The room was comfortable for 3 people and very charming. We booked a wine tour with Neil and truly had a blast - he took us to some of his favorite places but tailored the tour to our preference. We got to enjoy our delicious breakfast (a choice of a seasonal omelette, Benedict or pancakes) from the beautiful flower-filled backyard. Robin, Neil and Chico were fabulous hosts!
