We spent three nights here while travelling with friends and found this B&B suited our needs quite well. The property consists of two adjoined houses. Both couples stayed in #11, with one couple having the Admirals Cove room on the main floor, which features an adjoining private sitting room. This was great for getting together for a glass of wine...

This place is perfect for getting anywhere in st. John's, from signal hill to Bay Bulls. Right beside Coffee Matters which has great lattes. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds. No staff on the premises on a regular basis so read your email to get the door code- I didn't have that information when I arrived and had to wait outside until...

We stayed in building 11's Admirals Cove for two nights. It was a large room on the main floor. The room is so unique. It has two small chandeliers, old, dark hardwood floors and pretty rugs. The room has a Queen size bed and a couch that opens up to bed. It was a great amount of room for my...

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfasts were amazing made by Karen. There is not much more to say as it was way more than we were expecting. The location was good close, right in downtown St John's.

We recently spent two nights at The Roses and would recommend it for anyone staying in the St.John's area. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large. The home was very clean and well maintained. My only word of caution is about the quantity of stairs you must be able to do - and they are steep/narrow into the...

This is an old, historic house so you may have to climb stairs! As a matter of fact, you will climb stairs if you participate in the 'breakfast' part of this b&b. Breakfast is served on the top floor which could be a challenge to anyone with mobility problems! Our family room, was in the basement so we had to...

Had a lovely stay, the hosts are friendly and booking was easy. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The breakfast was so yummy and the view is amazing. Price was good and parking across the street in the church parking is only $5 a day...can't beat that. You are so close to the downtown and in the perfect location for...

This vintage B&B is a great choice for anyone visiting St. John's and area. It is well-located close to restaurants and sights, is very comfortable and has antique character. The breakfasts are also excellent.

Located downtown within walking distance to Signal Hill, George Street and Water Street. We had a gorgeous bedroom tastefully decorated lovely furniture and a huge ensuite bathroom. We also had access to a sitting area with a full kitchen overlooking the harbour. The house was very well maintained and spotless!
