My family absolutely loved our stay at Nita Lake Lodge.

Rooms: We stayed in a lake view suite, which was gorgeous and well-appointed. The soaking tub is amazing, robes and slippers were provided, beds were comfy, and we didn’t find it too noisy.

Food: The restaurant was AMAZING - we had breakfast included, and i love that we could get it delivered to our room for no extra charge. We also did the spring special pre-fixe dinner for $49 which offered huge portions of delicious French-inspired food.

Service: warm and incredibly helpful. We rented bikes with no fuss and were even able to do laundry - you can get detergent and petty cash at the front desk.

Overall we loved NLL and would come back in a heart beat. It was actually lovely staying out of Whistler Village as there were fewer tourists, easy access to bike/walking paths, and a reasonably priced liquor store literally right next door. 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

Great location in Creekside. It is about a 5km walk into the village and it is beautiful scenery along the way. The hotel also offers a free shuttle into the village that runs every 30 minutes. The staff went above and beyond on a few occasions, including when my partner and I wanted to add an additional night because we were having such an amazing time. Also when they drove me to an appointment that I was going to miss because a taxi never showed. Every person I interacted with was lovely and seemed to care very much about the two legged and four legged guests. I had originally booked a corporate event here for 12 people and then added on an additional two nights for my partner and I. All 12 Corporate Guests also expressed a wonderful stay. The heated tile floors in the bathroom were a real treat after a day in ski/ snowboard boats. As was the great shower and wonderful soaker tub.

I picked the wonderful Nita Lake Lodge to spend a weekday anniversary with my partner. I booked the returning guest rate and upon check-in we were informed that our studio lake view had been upgraded to a one bedroom lake view. The inside foyer of the hotel is beautiful and we wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities. Our room was incredible and a hand written note and plate of fresh fruit greeted us as we entered the room. The bathroom was massive with heated floors and a giant soaked tub. The bed was very comfortable and we kept the fireplace on during our whole stay. I couldn’t stop looking at the beautiful frozen lake view. I would definitely stay at the beautiful Nita Lake Lodge again.

After a beautiful drive up the Sea to Sky highway from Vancouver, Nita Lake Lodge is a wonderful escape for us. We love the setting with all the different Valley trails for walking and cycling. We always manage to fit in a morning paddle on Nita Lake, too. The staff at Nita Lake go all out to make sure your stay is enjoyable but they also spoil us with special treats for our anniversaries and birthdays, too. The bed and breakfast package is a great deal -- we always have breakfast outside on the terrace in the spring. We've eaten in the Aura restaurant and Cure bar and have never been disappointed. No need for us to go into Whistler Village at all! The rooms are always spotless with a practical little kitchenette with Nespresso coffee; the bathrooms with Occitane toiletries, slippers and thick robes are wonderful. And to top it all off, once you become a "returning guest" there's a 25% discount which definitely makes it worth an annual visit!

This was our first stay at this lakeside lodge and we loved it! It was the perfect getaway amidst the pandemic because of its serene location surrounded by mountain, forest and lake views .... far away from the busy village packed with people. But there's much more to enjoy beyond the gorgeous views. The spa service and the new rooftop hot tubs were super relaxing. We also enjoyed the free use of their canoes, and the bikes to explore the valley trail, which is right in front of their doors! And the bikes are well maintained. Then there's a sprawling lakefront patio...simply the best view location in all of Whistler for dining and drinks - day or nigh!

With so much to enjoy outside around the lodge, you won't spend much time in your room. Our room was super spacious, particularly the bathroom, and comfortable. Having a lake view balcony was a real treat.

Just a couple of disappointments - the food and menu was so-so, the pool was too small and not clean. Besides that, we'd love to return for a longer stay as everything else was perfect, including the service. Staff were all friendly and helpful! We felt they did a great job with their Covid best practices.

We spent a few days here a while back one the summer and loved it so much we decided to return for our holiday break.
My husband and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Nita Lake Lodge.
The reservations agent, the ladies at the front desk, the chambermaids, the staff in the lounge/restaurant, the shuttle drivers, the spa attendants. Everyone contributed in making our stay wonderful.
The one bedroom lake view suite is very spacious and comfortable.
The bathrooms are large, have heated floors and the shower has great water pressure.
The Breakfast buffet included hot and cold options so there was something for everyone.
The food at Aura and Cure was great. On Christmas eve, they left stockings on everyones door filled with goodies. It was such a wonderful treat!
We are looking forward to our next visit.

There is so much to like about Nita Lake Lodge. The friendly service. The beautiful, relaxed location. The stunning lake-side view. The buzzy bar and lobby. The tasty burgers and wraps. Red Door bistro (next door) and Rimrock Café (just up the road) were both excellent. The latter being the best meal of our trip. Creekbread is also local for a more relaxed pizza night. In addition to the skiing, and dog sledding, we enjoyed a walk from the Lodge to Meadow Park. And our spa afternoon was out of this world, with some of the best treatments we’ve ever enjoyed.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay. But a few small little things would have made a difference. Whilst I appreciate the ski lockers at Creekside are convenient if you’re skiing from there; as a beginner skiing from Whistler Village, the shuttle bus drivers’ insistence on Creekside lockers was verging on hostile. The bath with lake view was wonderful after a day on the slopes, but better complimentary bath salts would have gone down a treat. Finally, although very much in keeping with the location and scenery, the bedroom décor was a little conservative, so a few extra interior design features would have added the wow factor. Saying that I’d highly recommend Nita Lake Lodge and would be happy to return.

We always stay in or around the town center over the many years of going to whistler but chose this hotel (after staying at the chateau in July) on recommendation of friends.

If you want a more peaceful visit with activities on a lake and have a getaway during these restricted times we can really recommend this place. The staff are friendly and the property is not too big to keep bumping into other guests. Rooms on the lakeside are worth the extra cost with a calming view of the lake.

The restaurant is very good for breakfast and they serve their own gluten free bread.

For fine dining, there is the red bistro or the rim rock in walking distance.

The rooms are large and show some wear but not to the extent of worn out. The housekeeping staff were friendly but we felt they could be a little more Covid aware when interacting with guests. Small things but we do not want to mislead anyone in expecting the 5star chateau experience.

Overall a great trip. So much so we booked our next trip here for October.

We enjoyed our stay at NLL recently. As Vancouver residents we have often admired the hotel and its location. Our one bedroom suite on the lakeview side was wonderful. The hotel is managing the Covid crisis well, from check in to departure. As we have experienced at other hotels recently, nobody comes into your room during the duration of your stay, so we make our bed etc. etc. We made full use of the excellent shuttle to the Whistler Village, avoiding the need to find parking.
We feel that there are a couple of shortcomings however. The dark woodwork which is predominant throughout the suite is showing years of abuse and needs to be refurbished. The bed is very low and quite hard. Not firm, but hard. Also there is no table or writing surface like a desk. We felt that this was a shortcoming as there is a mini kitchen for meal preparation and yet no table and chairs.
We enjoyed our stay and would give the hotel a higher rating if there were not the shortcomings listed above. The staff are friendly and managing the Covid situation with a smile on their faces.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us from your recent visit to Nita Lake Lodge. We truly appreciate learning of your overall experience and for highlighting the areas we have an opportunity to make improvements in. While we are glad that your visit was enjoyable, it is certainly helpful for us to hear of the quality of the woodwork, the mattresses and the lack of a desk or table in the suites. Please know that we have recently ordered new mattresses for our suites and will be replacing these in waves over the coming months. We do hope to have in room renovations completed by the end of next year, where the concerns like the woodwork and room features will be addressed. While our in-room updates were due to be completed this year, regretfully, due to COVID-19, these plans have been postponed until next year. Should you wish to share any further details of your visit with us, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at the Lodge. Sincerely, Samantha R. This was a birthday trip with my kids in tow. Been wanting to visit Nita Lake for years as a local. Been known to be the it hotel in Whistler. I love they had shuttle to the village so we could visit whenever we want and didn’t have to find paid parking or drive if we were to have drinks with our meals. Hotel was nice, we let our kid use the sofa bed in the living room.

The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. Had a glorious view of the lake that was starting to freeze and having a fireplace in the room really made us feel cosy and in Whistler. The pool was a bit small but very happy to find changing rooms are heated. Very well thought out. We also enjoyed our complimentary breakfast every morning and service was very good for the 4 days there. Felt breakfast and hotel stay combo I paid for was very reasonable for the fantastic breakfasts we received each morning.

My only complaint is that when we checked in, we were told there was housekeeping shortage so they wouldn’t have anyone clean our room throughout the duration of our stay. We stayed 4 nights with 2 young kids so you could imagine how much we needed the floor vacuumed… we could ask for towels etc and do so as housekeeping would do up rooms when guest checked out… upon check out the receptionist asks how my stay was and I made the comment it was hard to keep room clean for a 5 days stay and she tells me had I called reception they could of done a refresh, house cleaning on request.. ON REQUEST! I was totally ticked off they didn’t mention that when I checked in and made it very clear there would be no one entering our room at all throughout the stay. Had I known I would of at least used this service once but it was too late. Nita lake lodge, get your reception team trained and up to date!

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your recent stay at the Nita Lake Lodge. I'm thrilled you have had a wonderful time with the family. We have had daily housekeeping back for most of the winter season so I'm not entirely sure why you were told we could not service your room and only upon request. I will speak to the reception team to see were the miscommunication on our behalf has come from. Please don't hesitate to reach out directly if you have any questions or would like to discuss you stay in further details. We do look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. Dear Guest, Thank you for your question! There is no dishwasher in our kitchenette, as well as no stove top or cooking facilities. Our kitchenettes are comprised of a kettle, toaster, microwave, mini-fridge, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a sink. The fridge in all of our suites is a mini-fridge, suitable for a small carton of milk and some food items. There are plates, dishes, cutlery and glassware inside the kitchenette of the suites. In regards to our shuttle, we are currently operating this as an on-demand service, meaning you will need to let us know when you would like to go into the Whistler Village and be collected. The shuttle is typically a 14 seater service, however, our new COVID-19 protocols mean this number is reduced to ensure distancing can be maintained, and we encourage families to travel in the shuttle together. Our masked shuttle drivers will be pleased to ensure your utmost comfort and safety by offering you a mask if you have not brought your own and will be sanitizing all touch points after every trip. Please be sure to connect with us directly at the Hotel to find out more information about your visit, and to discover exactly what our new COVID safety protocols look like. With Thanks, Samantha Royle. Guest Relations Manager.
