This stay was not as crisp as my previous visit. Construction noise and limited amenities that we are still charged for as the “resort fee” doesn’t seem fair, parking charges exorbitant especially when paying for a large suite and car is just parked outside covered in snow, service staff in restaurants and bar are the best as usual, told upgrade wasn’t available at check in even though larger suites were available to book on the app at time of check in. Breakfast dishes from 8am not cleaned up when I came back to room at 3pm despite calling and requesting in the morning and room getting maid service, 20 min wait for bellman. Little things like this are what make me want to try the Fairmont next time.
It's been almost 10 years since we last stayed at the Four Seasons Whistler and the hotel is as good as ever. We are a family of 5 and initially booked two mountain view rooms but were upgraded to two Executive Suites. The rooms were fantastic and appear to have been renovated fairly recently. Both rooms had kind bedroom with massive bathrooms together with a living room, balcony and a 3/4 bath--so, between the 2 rooms, we have 4 bathrooms, two king beds, two pull out sofas and two balconies overlooking the courtyard. We received twice daily housekeeping which was great and the rooms and hotel were spotless. We had breakfast each day and the food was great. During the summer the hotel offers outdoor seating which was quite nice. We had dinner twice in the more casual restaurant which was very good and one dinner at SideCut--the hotel's steak house which was extraordinary. Service at the hotel was top notch from the valets, to check-in, to all of the staff in the restaurant. The pool was nice and never crowded. We did not use the spa but it looked to be very nice. We really like the quieter location of the hotel in the Upper Village--especially given that the hotel is an easy 10 min. walk to the main village or a quick shuttle ride--although the hotel car was often available to drive us should we prefer to drive and not want to wait for the shuttle. This was our first visit to Whistler in the summer and we loved it--there is so much to do from mountain biking, hiking, ATV riding, rafting, shopping, golfing and more. Overall, we could not fault our stay at the Four Seasons and highly recommend it as your base in Whistler--whether you are there as a family, as we were, or as a couple of even for business. Well done!…
Just stayed for a few nights for our honeymoon and we never wanted to leave! Sid, Lawrence and Declan are absolute professionals with strong customer service skills. Nothing was too much. The rooms are impeccably clean, the bed was like a cloud, the in room breakfast tower was amazing. Everything about this hotel is beyond 5 star. The team were constantly communicating with us and were obviously very strong communicators within their own teams. Everything was seamless and perfect. Everyone was so helpful and easily contactable. Very handy that we could reach out via Facebook Messenger (absolute genius idea whoever put that in place!). Housekeeping were great and it was lovely to have the turndown service. The rooms are well maintained and modern. We will never stay anywhere else again when visiting Whistler. Highly highly recommend staying here. Don't even look elsewhere!…
We had an awesome time staying at the Four Seasons Hotel and visiting Whistler for the first time. Amazing downtown; great restaurants & nearby activities (cultural center, hike to list lake). Also did some fishing:-)
There is no accommodation in Whistler that can currently compete with the prestige, comfort and service of the Four Seasons Whistler. FS Whistler is small enough for their guests to feel well cared for, but large enough to have amazing amenities. Their SPA has a variety of services. Their outdoor pool and hot tubs are of high quality. Their GYM is very sanitary and well equipped. Their workout classes are abundant. Their resort-like fun amentities - like s’mores making and wine tasting - are a great time. Their shuttle and private car services are convenient and timely. Their rooms are large, and beds are amazingly comfortable. Their in-room dining is well presented and tastes great. Their housekeeping services with turndown service are thoughtful and timely. FS Whistler is the only hotel you should be looking at to stay. I must be honest, not every stay has met my expectations of the Four Seasons brand; however, the team is always tries to make up for it. A special thanks to Evan Pazur for making the effort to make my recent stay a comfortable one. Also, a shoutout to the Bell Service/ Valet Staff who are mostly wonderful - I don’t remember everyones’ names but John, Anthony, and many others were amazing.…
My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary in Whistler at The Four Seasons and our time there was absolutely amazing! The staff and service provided was exceptional and the attention to detail made us feel so welcomed and special. The location and views from our room were gorgeous and was so nice being close to nature and trails. We had an amazing anniversary celebrating at The Four Seasons I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Whistler
Great Resort where you feel you become one with the nature around you. You get spoiled and pampered as soon as you hit the main door. Memorable experience for a 2 night stay. So glad I chose this place for our stay in Whistler.
My husband and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Whistler, Canada and once again were extremely pleased with our experience. The Four Seasons is our favorite luxury hotel because it is beautiful and cozy, warm and elegant, upscale and casual. The service is unparalleled and the rooms and extremely comfortable. At Whistler we were upgraded to a room with a fireplace and balcony. Room service was prompt and delicious and the restaurants were great, too. Do not hesitate to upgrade your hotel experience and enjoy a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons.
Not only was my suite brilliant, the entire property is! Great staff, excellent service. While staying, i was in a serious cycling accident and the hotel went far and beyond expectations by assisting me through the experience. I went home by ambulance and days later found out how helpful the hotel was on many levels to assist with my bike etc. made a horrible situation so much better than it could have been. I am forever grateful to the staff.
We had the most amazing week enjoying Four Seasons Whistler! Sad it was just one week because we could have stayed forever. From our check-in to our departure we had the best and most relaxing getaway to celebrate some special and momentous occasions. Other than one night, we enjoyed every meal at the resort and cannot thank the entire team at both restaurants and especially the wonderful folks at the bar enough for making every meal better than the last! The bar team is especially outstanding and the pool team were fun and always ready to help with anything we needed. This was a special week to kick off a rather significant milestone and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. We love Four Seasons Whistler and recommend it as one of the best, if not the best, Four Seasons experiences ever. Thank you so much and bravo to everyone!…
