Great Hotel, very friendly staff, the best location in Whistler. Walk to everything easily. 2 min walk to Gondala. Rooms cleaned daily. A bit difficult to get clothes washing done - only two machines for the building made it difficult to get a machine at times.

We have stayed in the Sundial a couple of times. The best thing about the hotel is how close it is to the main lifts / ski school meeting points, which makes skiing with children as easy as possible. There are a number of restaurants within the building, which is also very convenient. The décor is functional and clean (although...

Staff are super friendly and tried very hard, but there's no doubting the fact that this hotel is under invested and needs a major refurb. Whilst we were there the hot water failed and the front door wasn't working. The room decor is tired. Looking at the reviews (and the price) my expectation had been of a luxury full service...

This was our 2nd stay at the Sundial with the 1st being 4 years ago. We were not disappointed the service, facilities are great. Love the Ski concierge plus the location is great. Do yourself a favour and stay here. Our room 405 has marvellous views of the mountain and was the perfect place to watch the Sunday Fireworks.

Our stay at the Sundial was great. The room was a good sized 1 bedroom with a kitchenette. Location is great, right at the base of Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. You are closer to lots of shopping, dining and entertainment. The staff were very helpful resolving any issues we had. Only complaint was we were on the 3rd floor and...

I loved this hotel. It was so conveniently located and has so much to offer in the building. The room was great value for money and just beautiful. I loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to a friend.

The hotel has leaked by personal Visa information to a 3rd party without my consent, the staffs did not try to clear the situation but denial. It caused me all the troubles to cancel my credit card. As a customer, I have no way to complaint, the only thing that I can do is not going back to this horrific...

Can't beat the location for getting on the gondalas each morning, and for being in the heart of the action in the village. The hotel itself is simple and standard albeit a bit outdated. Nice to have heated floors in the bathroom- probably the most luxurious element, otherwise comparable to a standard Holiday Inn.
