We loved the location, pool & hot tub, quiet room, cleanliness and up-to-date bathroom. The parking was so convenient and everything was close by - restaurants, skiing, museums. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (twice). All in all a great experience.

We enjoyed the location, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel and room, the outdoor hottub, the room was smaller than we had expected but the beds were very comfortable and it's a great value ! We will be back!

This place is terrible. There is no way they should be charging the prices they are. They get away with it because of location. The the staff is indifferent and unfriendly the rooms are tiny, horribly noisey and stink of smoke from the fireplace you are not going to be able to use unless you pony up another $5 for...

Overall, nice place to stay. Front desk personnel very helpful. Near the bottom of the Whistler/Blackcomb slopes. Walkable to almost anywhere of consequence in the village. Despite this, have to say it was pricey for the entirety of what you get. Ski area prices...argh! Guess the old adage holds true - location, location, location.

We loved our room so much that we wanted to stay an extra night. The staff was super accommodating to our requests and made it work. They were awesome about storing our bags in a secure location for the day of check out since our bus didn't leave until 6:30pm. AWESOME JOB FRONT DESK!

There was a stabbing in the parking garage right near our car and blood not cleaned up even two mornings later. We had our small child with us and officers came up and asked us if we had found the knife from the attack!? Did not feel safe after this. Also the walls are pretty thin and with the loud...

While one of the older and more basic accommodations in Whistler, the value and the location simply can't be beat. If you are OK with a bit dated furnishings but want to be in the best location minimal dollars (compared to the neighboring properties), this is your place. A 3 minute walk to the lifts and a 30 second walk...

Stayed for a snowboard weekend up Whistler mountain, hotel was lovely and the room truly amazing. Highly recommend the superior Queen Loft room. Had a complete fully working kitchen, fireplace and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Came here with 2 other families, rooms were clean, each room includes 1 parking spot. It's an older suite and the bathtub was clogged when I was taking a shower. This hotel needs a reno but service was good. Overall good value for young families, good enough for a boys trip if you don't need a fancy spa. The keg...
