We booked this room through Platinum Whistler Service. The initial check-in was a little confusing, because we actually have to check-in in the hotel NEXT DOOR, "La Chamois" instead of at the Lodge itself. And because we are not staying at La Chamois the check in counter could not give us the Wi-Fi passwords; the receptionist tell us to get...

We stayed for 4 nights in room 121. Was expecting a 4 star accomodation but room was tiny. Once you open TV cabinet you can't walk past it. Almost ran into the TV cabinet twice. Definately not good for a family with a kid. Was expecting room to be done up everyday, but its wasn't. They don't provide housekeeping and...

We had stayed at the Glacier Lodge about eight years ago and with trepidation, (because of a noisy past experience on a second floor unit) booked it for a week in early April. Plus: The location can't be beat! You are in a quiet area of Blackcomb, away from the large bars, and you can walk to the lifts. Minus:...

Booked a studio last 12/28/11 for Mar. 25 - 31/12 on line hoping for a sunny spring days of skiing which turned out to be rain/snow but skiing was excellent on the 30th with about 40cm of fresh powder low overcast with the sun peaking through. Back to the Lodge, would be nice to have free parking as you are...

I was under the impression that we had a real queen sized bed and a sofa in the studio we booked in March. Instead, we ended up sleeping (to use the term loosely) on the most uncomfortable sofa bed pull out mattress in existence!!!! How they can actually charge people money to sleep on such a crappy sofa bed mattress...

We have stayed here each of the last 4 years, and it is a great location and value. Close to the lifts, away from the crowds, but close enough to the village for the kids to walk. Can be get loud and noisy depending on unit location if above the pub or if a rowdy group is at pool.

The unit had a strong stench of stail curry. The furniture was severely dated and mis matched. The appliances were at least 25 years old. The bed was soggy, the bathroom tub surround had mold. The shower curtain was torn, we were provided 3 towels, comprising of 2 bath towels the size of hand towels, and one hand towel, the...
