Great place to stay. Some units are individually owned so decor and amenities may differ depending on the owner. I used VRBO and got a great price and good unit. Free Wifi that is fast and dependable. Parking is extra $15/day. Pool with two hot tubs and a work out room with treadmill, eliptical, bike, and multiworkout weight unit. Walk...

I checked in this afternoon. All of the fans are covered in dust, we opened the teapot and there was an old moudly teabag inside. There is a scrunched up dirty sock on the window ledge and worst of all we just went to go to bed and there is blood stains (or what looks like it) on the duvet....

We challenge our staff to continually improve the experience of our guests, from the cleanliness of our rooms, to the courteous professionalism of our staff. The Lodge is a 2-minute walk from the Wizard Express on Blackcomb. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. We found what we though was a great deal online for one of the hotel rooms. Our first night was almost marred by a hot water heater malfunctioning every 30 seconds or so. After a visit to the front desk we were...

We booked here as we were looking for a last minute deal during peak season. The price was substantially lower than other hotels at Whistler, but there were a few problems: - Check-in agent couldn't find our reservation and had to call ResortQuest - Room furnishings were "tired" and room wasn't particularly clean (and wasn't cleaned during our 2-day stay)...

We stayed in unit 112 in March 2016. The location is very convenient, close to Blackcomb lift and about a 10 minute walk into Whistler village. Our unit was a 1 bed studio unit with a pull down small bed. Well equipped kitchen and the wifi was always good. Our main issue was that the unit was cleaned only once...

We rented unit #334 which was a 1br/1ba with loft, living room, kitchen and dining area. The unit was clean and well equipped with wireless internet, tv's and fireplace. There is a King in the 1br and 2 twins that can be joined to make a king in the loft. The unit is located at the furthest distance from the...

We stayed in unit #341 and was very disappointed. As we entered the unit it had a stale smell as though it had not seen daylight or fresh air. It was a very dark unit, and dated. The bedding was nasty, the quilt cover had certainly seen better days. We really felt that it's a small price to pay to...

We had a great stay in room 337 with our family of 6. This place is very close to Blackcomb slopes and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was a great size for us and we loved the gas effect fire. It had all of the amenities that we wanted. Overall a lovely family friendly quiet place...

We stayed in number 247....nicely positioned 1 bed roomed apartment with a sofa bed the kids slept on. Really well equipped....only exception was an egg cup.
