This was our 1st visit to Canada, what a place !!! We couldn't of asked for a better hotel to stay in. From the foyer where there's an open fire and comfy seating plus a to die for coffee machine. To the helpful staff. Mark the driver to and from the slopes was the most helpful and friendly person you...

Overall we loved the Summit and would return. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Lobby staff were happy to help make dinner reservations and cleaning staff were friendly and very pleasant. Hot beverage station & candy in the lobby were a hit. There was even complementary beer/ chips/salsa in the lobby one afternoon. Loaner umbrellas in the lobby were handy....

I've stayed at the Summit a few times now, in various rooms and they never disappoint! Mark, the driver who runs the to the lifts is great. I will definitely continue to stay here. Excellent value for you money. I also need to mention the awesome guys in the ski/snowboard tuning shop!

Where should I stay in Whistler? The first time visitor might assume being in the heart of the village is vital to enjoying your vacation. Not so. Whistler is sprawling, but pedestrian friendly and nearby Blackcomb and Creekside (mostly host to condos) are admirably serviced by frequent and free public transport along with their own gondolas to get up the...

Warwick B, I am so excited to hear that we exceeded your expectations - our location, value, staff, Malin & Goetz toiletries & upgraded fireplace. I do apologize for the limited TV channels, we are currently reformatting our subscription with Shaw and everything should return to normal shortly. Would you be able to email me directly with your room number?...

My family and cannot speak highly enough of the friendly staff at the Summit. They made our month long stay so enjoyable, and even our doggies were welcomed with treats every time they walked in the door. Special thanks to Mark our shuttle driver, he's the best. This cute, boutique hotel is very dog-friendly. We weren't able to bring our dog for this trip, but it was lovely to see all the pets in the lobby, etc. It's clear they are treated as welcome guests. We had a Deluxe Queen Studio with additional sofa bed, and with the bed pulled out it made the space very cramped,...

Once again we had a wonderful stay here. All the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were consistently helpful and friendly. They truly made us feel welcome. There is an excellent shuttle service provided to the Gondola and the daily apres ski treats in reception are a nice touch. We look forward to staying here again.

We stayed here for 11 nights in our ski trip and was great. Just as described and the service was excellent from all staff. Room cleaned everyday and even did the washing up for us when we were rushing out in the mornings! The kitchen in the room is small and could probably have more cooking equipment - only a...

The staff at this hotel was very pleasant and we felt an immediate warm welcome, even though there were so many other guests when we visited. The afternoon tea time lobby options included a wine tasting, experimental hot chocolates (flavors and candies galore) and cheeses.
