We've been up to the Summit Lodge 3 times now and every time we just love it. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The location is fantastic, so close to the grocery store and the amazing street taco place. But mostly it's the staff there. If there's even a whiff of a complaint, they get right on to...

Thank you Nikky C for writing us a lovely review - it has made my day! Our team this year, both imperfect but wonderful, are pretty passionate about our guests' experience. It's true that we don't always get things right, and when we don't we want to do everything possible to make it right with our those staying with us,...

What makes the Summit is the staff, they simply are some of the best hotel staff we have ever encountered. The people hiring the staff at the Summit must really know what they are doing and I hope they look after the staff as they are really great people. It is a reasonably young team and in some ways I...

My boyfriend surprised me with a birthday overnighter here, and it was fantastic all around :) The lobby had beautiful Christmas decorations and hot chocolate. We checked in and went to our floor - when we opened the door to our room, there were Christmas carols playing on the TV! The little monsters on the bed were super cute (we...

We stayed at summit lodge for two weeks in Dec 2016 and were absolutely thrilled with the amazing attention to detail (rubber duck in the bath and toys for kids, gifts at Christmas, toboggans to borrow at the front desk, hot chocolate and treats in the lobby ) and the faultless, genuinely amazing staff. From the front desk (emilie, grace...

We stayed in Summit Lodge for Christmas this year and it was a great choice. Rooms are really nicely and tastefully designed with nice artwork and set this place apart from the average "one fits all" "non-designs" of other hotel rooms. The gas fire place in the room was super cosy and created a lot of atmosphere. All the staff...

We stayed at the Summit over Xmas and were very pleased. The staff are very friendly, the rooms comfortable and the little perks like coffee and lollies in the reception made our stay a hit. It's a short 10 minute walk from the slopes with a regular shuttle back and forth. A special thanks to Grace and "Santa" at reception...

We have been at Summit Lodge previously. This year I was there for 2 weeks in August due to a medical emergency and 18 days with my wife in November/December. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Courtney, Nicola, Chris, Emily and Grace on the front desk answered all our questions. Mark on the shuttle, Yohan in the ski...

This was a wonderful boutique hotel. Our room was quiet, trendy, and had everything we needed. There's a little board shop in the lobby, which was very convenient to get our boards tuned the evening we arrived, ready to hit the slopes the next morning. There was wine and cheese in the lobby our first night, and every evening you...

We liked this hotel, but we were staying during the shoulder season. Cleaning staff were fantastic and helpful. Room work well with little kitchen but my husband said he would have liked a comfortable chair to read. Good location. The people on reception may be new as they didn't give us the correct information a few times. We would have...
