We have loved the location of the hotel in the village. And the value was always good. This time we had quite a bit of luggage and the location of the room was deplorable. It was hard to find and could not be accessed by elevator. The front desk should have offered us help automatically. Instead the biggy was to...

So glad to hear that you enjoyed your room, in spite of challenges with its location. Also, sorry to hear that you found yourself to be ill while you were with us, and yes, I will be happy to thank Nadine for having made the extra effort to assist you. Hotel General Manager

We stayed one night for the Canada Day long weekend. The room was beyond our expectations, very clean and nice! The kitchen was a bonus especially if you are staying a couple nights, if you feel like cooking! The bed was the best part, so comfortable and soft we did not want to leave it! One problem is that Whistler...

Glad to hear that you found our facilities to be comfortable and generally enjoyed your stay, with the exception of having been woken at 3am by an unruly guest. I do hope we'll see you again. Hotel General Manager

We stayed in a deluxe room with full kitchen which was perfect for us. This was the second time we've stayed here and we stayed in the exact same room both times. We loved being right in the village and also being able to step out onto our patio and people watch along the village stroll.

We arrived for a two night stay in the Mountain Side of the Executive Inn. When we first checked our room, we found that there was body-fluid stains on the comforter of our bed. We insisted that we speak to a manager and that the hotel move our room as this was disgusting. Once our room was moved we again...

Dear Meghan A As I reviewed your posted comments here I was disappointed to learn that you had not felt adequately dealt with on the occasions that we spoke. After initially learning of your concerns with your first room we did immediately dispatch our Hotel Services Manager to review the situation and did indeed discover that unfortunately there was a...

We tried the Executuve inn at Whistler again, but probably will not return. Once more, we were told that we could not check in until 4:00 p.m. We travel a fair amount, and rarely have to wait to check in, especially not that late. The loft queen suite was very cramped, especially the downstairs living area. Everything was very clean...

Thank you for posting your recent comments. I do regret that we were unable to get you into your room any early than the established check in time. Unfortunately, on a high demand long weekend we rarely if ever have extra rooms to have available earlier in the day, but I'm sorry if we fell short of your expectation. Similarly,...

The Executive Inn is the management company of two properties in Whistler Village: 1) 4417 Sundial Place - Mountain Side Hotel - "MountainSide Hotel Rooms" (aka Mountainside Lodge). 2) 4250 Village Stroll - The Executive Inn - "VillageSide Hotel Rooms" (previously called The Fireplace Inn). To add to the confusion, the Mountain Side Hotel is also managed by another company...

Although the queen loft was very nice, it's very close location to the village also makes it very loud. The pool and hot tub actually never got used since it involved walking up the street and past several other hotels to get to the Executive Mountainside. It was not quite warm enough to be wandering the village in a swimsuit....

Recently returned from our eleventh annual stay, ten nights in the master suite. Great room, as usual, with spa bath and everything in order, as we've come to expect. The staff are now good friends and can't do enough to ensure all needs are met. Much less street noise at night this year, don't know why but most welcome. We...

We stayed here for 4 nights on a recent snowboarding trip to Whistler. The location can't be beat, right at the base of the mountain, within steps of the gondola. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day on the hill and the rooms were quiet. I like how spacious the rooms were as well. The small...
