Excellent bed and bathroom. Good size room. Free wi-fi that worked. Courteous staff. Must be one of the best value for money hotels in Victoria. Reasonable walk to downtown. Design of room was very user friendly

Nice Hotel, helpful front desk staff...actually they were very helpful :) Clean, good food in the restaurant/pub and the location when attending a concert is awesome. Need bigger beds and a/c in rooms. But other than that I stay here everytime I am attending anything at Save On Memorial Centre :)

My husband and I stated 2 nights and loved this hotel. We will definitely book again when we are in Victoria. Best part was location/proximity to downtown. We could walk to Chinatown, Fort Street, Fantan Alley, The Bug Zoo and both cathedrals as well as the harbour. Parking lot was always full when we were there so that was a...

Good service and comfortable rooms. Very pleasant. However, wifi was slow and sometimes unable to connect - corridors are quite noisy. Under covered parking is around the block. Short walk to the city centre and close to excellent breakfast restaurants such as mo:le and johns place.

There is a coffee machine in the room, but other than a TV there is nothing else like a microwave which I didn't care about since we were there for such a short period. The bathroom was beautiful and included...

This is by far the best hotel we've stayed in during our trip to Canada. It doesn't look like much from outside, but our room was big, modern, clean and comfortable, with access to a shared patio through sliding doors. It was about a 20 minute walk down to the harbour front.

Very nice, clean room in a pleasant hotel with free parking. A 15 minute walk from the harbour. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend and would happily stay here again. Did not make use of the pool but it looked nice (outdoor heated).

Stayed in large well appointed suite.Handy location with free parking and within easy walking distance of downtown. Plenty of eating options nearby. Staff were all pleasant and accommodating.Situated on main road so was easy to find but rooms face side street so are quiet with no noise problems.
