Laurie,

Fairholme Manor is a little piece of heaven in Victoria, British Columbia. This 19th century bed and breakfast has been preserved with much of its historic charm while updated with expected modern conveniences - Wi-Fi, flat screen TV (not that we had any time to watch it), express maker, etc. It's location is ideal and is within walking distance of...

We just stayed here this weekend for our wedding anniversary. We found this place via the internet. Sometimes I have been disappointed when I've gone that route. NOT this time. The Inn is in a quiet neighborhood, set back from the road. It shares a fence with Goverment House, which has a park like garden and closes at dusk. Very...

Wow... we just left Fairholme Manor a few days ago . We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful Inn ! Loved the manor and the beautiful chic European style decorated Inn . The location was also perfect next to Government House and gardens .( about 30 acres ). Our spacious suite had a lovely full ocean and mountain...

We actually came here in April 2016 to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. Wife wanted some place "nice" to stay there, so she picked this one. We drove to Vancouver island via ferry and it was a nice drive to the inn. It's Victorian style inn, with old fashioned decor, an old fashioned radiator for a heater, tv, couch, nice...

The manor is we believe in a great location - we see it being an asset to be away from the harbour / downtown; that said, you can be there in 7 minutes or approximately a 1/2 hour walk. Close to Craigdarroch Castle. Next door to the Lieutenant Governors House and grounds. The house; the room; the location; the breakfasts...

We have just spent 4 very relaxed days and nights at Fairhome Manor. Ross and Sylvia are very gracious hosts who take great care to cater for the needs of their guests. The atmosphere of the elegant and beautifully furnished house is calm and relaxed and the rooms are tastefully furnished. We stayed in the Tuscan Suite which included a...

Our first experience in a bed and breakfast. While we stayed in a smaller room (facing the back / no view), it was nonetheless a very nice room with a sitting area, TV, mini fridge, expresso machine and a very nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was served between 8:30 and 9:30 am. Each day, the cook prepared...

Enjoyed my stay at Fairholme Manor. Lovely home and innkeepers. Enjoyed walking the grounds at the adjacent Government House. My room had a small kitchen, which made preparing gluten-free meals easy..

We have just left Fairholme Manor and cannot recommend it highly enough! We needed pampering for one night and received it here. Welcoming hosts, beautiful decor and delicious breakfast. We hope to return one Spring soon to sit out in the garden. Lisette and Colin
