We wanted to stay in downtown Victoria so this place worked well for us since it was affordable and walking distance to popular places such as the Parliament Building, Inner Harbour and Beacon Hill Park. The pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, but pretty basic. We had a nice stay.

Good location and rate. Close to the waterfront, shops, bars, restaurants. Accomodation as expected from Quality Inn. Most staff were amazing, but there was one exception. Attached restaurant (I think its 15 or 20% discount with your key card) has amazing breakfasts and the friendliest staff!!! Also good beer and wine for later

For the amount it wasn't bad. They were preforming construction during my visit but they kept the noise to a minimum. The staff is really friendly and the hotel is in the dead heart of the city. I would recommend staying there if visiting.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Most places we wanted to visit were within easy walking distance or A simple trip on city transit - $5 for an all day pass gets you to Butchart Gardens and back and then out to dinner and back, too. The small fridge was...

There are lots of choices of good hotels in Victoria. I believe this is the best one. If you're driving into Victoria from up Island, (Nanaimo, Schwarz Bay), get onto Blanshard Street early approaching the city, and just stay on it until you come across the Quality Inn. There's a convenient underground parking lot, and you may as well leave...

Dear M-BViano, Thank you for taking the time to respond to our survey and also for the most glowing review. We are delighted that you enjoyed our location, service and hotel so much. Our goal is really very simple, to provide our guests with friendly service, a clean, comfortable room, in a great location, at a fair price. It appears...

Cons - Paper thin walls, you could hear everyone walking and talking in the hallway (especially if there are children around). We were on the 2nd floor, could hear people in the 3rd floor units walking on top of us. If your room is facing Courtney Street, you will hear the garbage (beeping of the truck and thumping of the...

Dear Snuffers, Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to the survey. First of all, let me apologize on behalf of my whole team for the issues during your stay. We were booked into this dump by Choice Rewards. I had to use 12000 of my points per night to stay in this God forsaken place. Let me give you a list of the s--- we put up with. I called a week in advance asking about early check in. We arrive. No early checking so we drive around for...

The 3rd floor rooms are being renovated, we stayed in the wing that was not yet renovated, no noise in the morning or evening, faced the back court yard. Small fridge and burners with basic kitchen items for making a quick meal. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Spacious for two people.

This hotel was older but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room price was good to. There was no free breakfast but you got 25% off at the restaurant in the hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed too. Only thing missing was a hot tub..:)
