The room was huge and we had a den, kitchen, balcony, bathroom, and bedroom with plenty of windows. The bedroom window overlooked the water which was nice but the den window looked at an eyesore of a bridge and a spot where several homeless people pitch their tents at night and get kicked out by the cops first thing in...

Our stay at the Victoria Regent was wonderful. Stayed in the one bedroom harbor view suite and the view was incredible. Full kitchen was awesome, size of the room was great, comfy bed and sofa bed. Very clean, great staff and friendly front desk. Convenient underground parking. Location was ideal, within walking distance to all activities around the downtown and...

I really liked the hotel. Roomy, clean. quiet, close to the harbor, barely two min walk. Welcoming and polite staff. I was offered free upgrade from a single room to a suite with a view, which was greatly appreciated.

Suites are spacious and clean. Easy access to the water taxi service, if walking Victoria tuckers you out, like it did us after awhile. The breakfast was good with a nice room overlooking the harbor. It will be our first choice if returning...,also, it was so quiet, we had no idea there were neighbors, Driveway to the parking spaces is...

Great hotel - friendly and professional staff, best views of the harbour, and very nice breakfast to start the day. Hotel is in a great location - next to seafood restaurants, a gourmet pub, and across the street from a fantastic south Asian restaurant.

Thank you for your TripAdvisor review. Our location is truly enviable: right on the water and yet steps away from some of the best of what Victoria has to offer. But it’s our team that guests find make a stay with us truly memorable. Thank you for your kind words, and we hope you’ll stay with us again.

I really wouldn't even give this hotel a 1.. Room had a musty smell, was not pleasant, noise was horrible, and breakfast made me sick for the day. the desk staff would not move us even though we checked in right on time, and knew the place wasn't full yet. I think our floor was party central, loud people until...

Thank you for your stay. The May long weekend is a very busy one for the hotel industry in downtown Victoria, and a late afternoon check-in on a Saturday typically finds us full as we were this past weekend. While we weren’t able to move you to another room, we hoped a discount was in order as our way of...

Very satisfied with whole experience. The view was great (parliament building, mountains, and wharf) and the location allowed easy walking access to museums, shopping, restaurants, and hiking. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Thanks for spending time with us. We’re fortunate to have such a perfect vantage point to enjoy Victoria’s Inner Harbor and beyond to the Olympic mountains and we never tire of hearing how our guests love our view. We hope you’ll come back and enjoy it again.

The is a beautiful hotel right on the harbour. Our room faced the harbour and I'm glad we paid the extra fee for the view because there was so much to watch! The staff were very courteous and helpful and the room was very clean. The breakfast was a nice feature to have. The location was good as well as...

This waterfront hotel is located next to the centre of the city close to shops and restaurants as well as many of the city's main attractions. We stayed with friends in a huge 2 bed executive suite, an upgrade on arrival as we had only booked a standard suite. Staff couldn't be more helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations The rooms...

Thank you for your recent stay at The Victoria Regent. Our suites are a great option when you’re looking for extra space, have a family or are sharing with friends. The 1,200 square feet of living area, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious balconies with breathtaking views are just some of the reasons people fall in love with them. We always...

My wife and I stayed at the Regent for a week during the middle of May 2017. We found the hotel to be a great place to stay. The room was more like an apartment and was well furnished and equipped. The housecleaning staff did an excellent job each day providing plenty of towels. The king sized bed was a...
