I had stayed here overnight once before, alone. This time my wife and I stayed three nights. Everyone from the reception to the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was free, as was the breakfast,( though this was not as varied as we would have liked. Why do so few hotels offer granola or muesli?) The beds were...

Thank you for the review. Adding granola is an excellent idea. I will speak with my breakfast staff and get that looked after. We look forward to seeing you again some time soon.

When booking our hotel we kept coming back to the embassy. The price was right, included breakfast and parking. We ended up calling the hotel to book directly. They were able to price match what I saw online and upgraded us to a king sized bed. The hallway wasn't upgraded but the room was with more updated decor. The bathroom...

When I was working (8 years ago) I enjoyed staying at the Embassy Inn because of its rooms, restaurant and location. Having not been back in the last decade, I was completely impressed with the Embassy Inn. The hotel offers a great location, easy access, free parking, great rooms, a quiet environment, a wonderful complete buffet breakfast. We arrived late,...

Adequate hotel that is notable because of its location near the ferries, cruise ship terminal and the Provincial Legislature. The Empress hotel is within walking distance so you can enjoy afternoon tea and scones. The room was small and clean. The heat did not work well but covers were adequate. Small refrigerator was nice. Breakfast was ok with scrambled eggs...

Thank you for the review. I am pleased to read you found our location ideal and that we were able to meet your gluten free needs at breakfast. I do apologize that you found the room small. Our standard rooms measure at approximately 300 square feet but our suites are about 850 square feet. And all rooms in the hotel...

This is a nice and clean hotel. The rooms and building are old but kept in a good condition. The location is great, in the heart of Victoria few minutes walking distance from all major attractions. There are private parking spaces for hotel guests. Breakfast is nice, not more than that.

Kind of a hidden gem in the city. Great price, and the rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy and the staff was helpful! And the continental breakfast was big and had a great selection! Perfect area for walking anywhere downtown!
