Everything about this place is exceptional. Front desk, was SO helpful, restaurant was lovely and food perfect. Even ran into mgr. on the street one evening and he walked us to an Italian restaurant we were looking for, doesn't get better than that. Sandy and Diane from Missouri

My mom and I arrived to a great reception form the front desk staff, we were helped with luggage, details about parking, a complimentary cheese plate to be used at the Tapas Bar which we did use and the food was delicious along with other menu items....go,for the Brussel sprouts...Yummy. Anything we needed was no problem and all staff were...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Rialto for our romantic mini break and it was the best hotel choice. The location was absolutely incredible and every great restaurant was a short walk away (although I was to lazy to walk so we to taxis everywhere and all under $7). The highlight to our trip was the lobby bar. I...

My wife and I stayed in a beautiful Junior Suite for our anniversary. We are locals but have always wanted to check out the Rialto since it opened. For the location being so central to everything it was surprisingly quiet. Well appointed room, great service. Really appreciate the free welcome cheese plate. We will be back again.

We enjoyed the romance package which included a nice room, sparkling wine, free parking, food platter, fresh flowers and a $50 credit to the tapas restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the food was great! The only downside is that they don't have parking on site. The parking was included in...

Had an enjoyable stay at this boutique hotel. The checkin was quick and efficient and the desk staff friendly and helpful. The room was quite large with a separate seating area. There was a coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge. There were plates, cups and glasses for two. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. The hotel...

We stayed at The Rialto hotel only for one night. Thankfully. The room- a junior king suite- was really small and drab. Very dark and cramped and noisy. Very, very noisy. So noisy the hotel supplies ear plugs. The front desk staff really needs to learn to solve problems. We called the hotel directly for our reservation and asked specifically about...

This small boutique hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway without a car. We had a small clean room without a view (the window looked over a roof to another room). But it was quiet that way. We had a coffee maker and a fridge, plus we had a bath/shower, so I enjoyed warming up after some chilly weather in...

we always enjoy our stay at Hotel Rialto. Front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful, suite clean and comfy, location excellent, parked the car and enjoyed walking around beautiful Victoria. Dinner at the adjoining Veneto Tapa Lounge was excellent , the free cheese board given by the hotel is a nice touch.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A good moment at the bar : the barmen (and woman) are really good and provide entertainment. Free cheese with our room. The cocktail and wine selection is good. Free breakfast (beverage and a muffin). The room was big enough : confortable beds, coffee machine and good bathroom. Lacking : a place to work (desk...
