What a wonderful hotel! I recommend this hotel to everyone. We were welcomed by the gentlemen, Martin, who I think is the GM. He was so friendly along with the whole hotel staff. Our room was clean, charming, and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. The hotel is quiet which was great for sleeping. The location is right in the...

We were just in the area for 1 1/2 days so we were looking for a hotel located within walking distance to a lot of sights so we didnt need to move the car. Rialto worked out well, staff was friendly, latte or coffee with a delicious muffin in the morning for breakfast and a welcome plate if cheese and...

I recently enjoyed my second stay at the Hotel Rialto in 2015. If it's a great view you're after, this hotel isn't for you. If you want excellent, comfortable accommodations, a staff that treats you with a personal touch that only a smaller hotel can provide, the Hotel Rialto is definitely the place. The staff not only provides warm, friendly...

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the Rialto and it doesn't disappoint. It is a lovely boutique hotel with a great location. The staff are very helpful and do their best to accommodate any special requests. The rooms are lovely, very clean, with comfy beds. Little extras too, discounts in the lounge and adjoining wine store, complimentary cheese...

My husband and I stayed two nights at the Rialto Hotel, January 6 and 7th, 2016.. We reserved a room and were upgraded to a Junior Suite upon registration. We were given coupons to use in the hotel dining areas. The prices were very good but it was the staff that made the difference in our stay. They were courteous,...

We had a VANCOUVER ISLAND RESIDENTS PACKAGE which INCLUDED a beautiful, sparkling clean junior suite looking out on to downtown, a welcoming cheese platter, breakfast coupons, and a large dinner allowance. OH, did mention, we also had gym usage.

Our three day stay at the Rialto was wonderful. Centrally located, great staff, comfy room and beds. Little extra's like a cheese plate at the Veneto lounge downstairs during the happy hour and either $3.00 off breakfast or free muffin, and coffee in the morning. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Walking distance to shopping and 11 minutes to...

I stayed here in December ,2105. The staff were very accommodating. Parking is a bit of a distance so i paid for Valet parking which was convenient. Lovely little room. There was ear plugs given in the room for road noise but i did not need them. The Vento bar downstairs is really nice.

I was upgraded to a larger room upon check in. It was great, however, it was facing the street and bus boarding area below and was noisy. The staff looked for an inward facing the courtyard room, although smaller it was perfectly quiet. The cheese plate was a nice touch at 5 p.m. the breakfast coupon for the morning was...

Very reasonable prices. They have always matched the "best deal" offered through Trivago. Rooms are cozy and modern. Parking is by valet at a cost of approx $20. Nice bar and breakfast room downstairs. Well located in downtown Victoria.
