The people here are very nice, and it's a wonderful location. The bed was very comfortable, the shower is good, and the unit was surprisingly quiet. Unfortunately, when I arrived there were hairs in the bathtub and the carpet did not appear vacuumed. They quickly remedied this, but it did not give me a very good first impression. How they... Best place to stay when visiting Vancouver. Centrally located for all sights, restaurants and transportation. Exceptional staff and exceptional accommodations. All our expectations were exceeded by the staff, the room, the exceptional attention to detail.

Great place to stay. I would highly recommend it. Close to Stanly Park, downtown, public transportation, friendly and helpful front desk. The suite was fully furnished with all appliances, even a couple of umbrellas.

We were only there one night, but would have loved to stay a week. This place is 3 blocks from Stanley Park. The suite had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, everything you might need. It had a window unit air conditioner, which was plenty. It was clean, the staff was friendly. They held our luggage the day we arrived until... More

We've stayed in many aparthotels all over the world and this one doesn't compare favourably. Yes it's in a good location and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the suite was small, pokey and not very clean. It was ok but that's all, and definitaly too expensive for what you get.

Very close to Stanley Park. Good room and amenities - washer/dryer, balcony area, kitchen, closet space, etc. Air conditioner was a little loud. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

The suites are very spacious and well appointed, all of the staff were very friendly and very helpful from directions to booking Baseball tickets for us. The parking underneath was perfect as it allowed us to leave the car and walk the city. The suites are only a 5 minutes walk to the central of Vancouver and a 10 minute... More

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed there twice in a couple of weeks both rooms were clean and quiet despite being on a busy street. Hotel is very close to many attractions in long Stanley Park, Canada Place and many many restaurants. Highly recommended.

“Second floor gets hot if you stay above McDonald's. The heater is always on in the room and bathroom so unless you turn it off (not down) it will be hot in the room. There's a full kitchen with everything you need and a Safeway across the street, a market on Bidwell and a Russian store with yummy cold cuts and cheeses from all over the world. ”
