This hotel is a great location, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant on the 2nd floor has a fantastic breakfast for $12.99. Bike rental available, hot tub and gym if you wish to partake. Walk out the door and you are in your way to some fantastic walks, down to...

Great location, walking distance to almost anywhere you want to go. A water taxi to Granville Island only 2 1/2 blocks away. We left the car in the garage for the weekend except for a drive to Stanley Park. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous.

Had a great stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and super helpful. It was a bit awkward to find but it's in a great location. The complimentary wine was really good. I didn't get a chance to go in the hottub.

Good hotel with very friendly staff. Small with small rooms but it's good value. Bathrooms and other things a bit worn but I can live with that given a good rate. Small exercise room with some worn equipment. Big hot tub that is quite hot too. South side rooms may be a bit noisy especially if facing Howe St. Not...

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed it. We liked the roof-top hot tub, regardless of nearby construction. Our room was pleasant and clean. The buffet breakfast was really good, and we especially enjoyed the daily wine a sting in the lobby bar. It was nice to gather with others ad get acquainted. We would definitely return...

What a pleasure to arrive early at the hotel and our room was ready. Well appointed to very comfortable beds, mini fridge, coffee and tea and complimentary water! The hotel is in a great location to walk along the False Creek Seawall or take the ferry across to Grandville Island. The staff from the moment you walk in are very...

We stayed here with a Groupon, and were not disappointed. Rooms, though small and a bit dated, were comfortable and well equipped. Walking distance to many great restaurants and a short cab ride away from Rogers Arena. Buffet style Breakfast at the restaurant was great and very affordable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We took advantage of the groupon offer which included the parking and a complimentary bottle of wine. The room was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. Next to the Granville bridge so a bit noisy but we still slept well. We only stayed one night so we didn't try out all of the amenities.

Staying in Granville Street

Neighbourhood Profile
Granville Street
Granville Street spans many, multiple city blocks and has become so fastidiously known for its nightclubs and watering holes that it's fondly nicknamed the city's 'Entertainment District.' Friday and Saturday nights are the most popular and lively, with young revelers taking to the streets in droves and keeping the party going until late. Granville Street, being mostly open to pedestrian-only traffic, has a healthy social life along its main thoroughfares, even outside of its cafes and pubs, spilling onto the sidewalks. The locals are chatty, the shops at its expansive Pacific Centre Mall are trendy, and the whole area seems to be on a sugar rush: in a good way. Exuberance and camaraderie classify this neighbourhood.
