Staying here on the 4th floor and it is extremely hot here for May. Our room does not have A/C and the fan in the room is broken. I called this morning to see if a room with A/C was available and was told that none were available. I asked if the fan could be replaced and was told yes....

The place is pretty sparse and minimal - it's basically a dorm building with concrete walls and minimal luxuries. The lack of internet made things inconvenient too. But the staff was nice and the views from the rooms are some of the best I've ever had.

Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry to hear that the room was not to your liking. Please note that we have a variety of accommodation types at Gage, including studio and one bedroom suites with hotel-like amenities and complimentary wireless internet. Your room was one of our shared accommodations, mostly open to conferences and groups holding events...

Ask for rooms on the upper floors for some of the best inner city views on the planet. North and east sides overlook the ocean and mountains. South and west sides also have far views over the campus and to Vancouver Island. The complex is steps from the new bus loop and the spanking new aquatic complex.

Really comfortable equipped flat - bedroom with kingsize bed, full size kitchen with all equipment you can imagine, flat TV and sofa folding to queensize bed. Sufficient parking is near the house. Short walk to the sandy beach - what more you can want?

Lovely accommodation, recommend to all- singles, couples, families! We stayed on 2 separate occasions during August and were thoroughly impressed with each occasion... Rooms, bedding & towels are very clean & well presented. Rooms have a full kitchen so you can prep your own food if required. Downsides would be the extra charge for parking, jumpy wi-fi and distance from...

If you need a suite in Vancouver, you can't go wrong here. The price is definitely right. The suites are on the Spartan side, but that is because they mostly serve students as residences during the academic year. The kitchenettes are well-equipped, the bathrooms are clean and modern, and the location is quiet. The AC is on the noisy side,...

These fully furnished apartments are for mature student housing in the school year, but in the summer they are rented out to travelers and conference attendees. Our suite was very well maintained and clean, much better than you would expect from a student residence. The kitchen was fully equipped (can opener, tea pot...) and our son said the fold-out bed...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the final 2 nights of our 2 week trip to Vancouver. We found it simple to find and easy to check in thanks to the very friendly and efficient front desk staff. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and had everything you needed, from a coffee machine to a iron and ironing...

I recently stayed at the Gage Residences with my two boys. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. The lobby was large and inviting. The suites are ideal for families and all amenities are included, except parking which is very reasonable. The suites were very clean and modern. I highly recommend the Gage Residence as...
