We recently had a 6 day visit to Vancouver and were well satisfied with our choice. Very handy to the central city & well placed for tour operators to uplift visitors. The staff were all very pleasant & friendly & the deluxe superior room we...More
felt a bit claustrophobic following our trip on Vancouver Island, however realised it was a fantastic location for exploring Stanley Park, Kits, Granville basicall everywhere. The people were helpful and nice, the breakfast just OK but a good start for inevitably a busy day.
Our room had a comfortable, king-sized bed, TV, chairs, and desk in the bedroom. There was a second TV, desk, and couch (probably pull-out) in the sitting/kitchen area. The kitchen area had a stove-top, sink, coffee-maker, dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. The bedroom had a door...More
We come to Vancouver often. Rosedale is in a great location, just between Robson st and Yaletown, and the sports centers. The staff here is amazing. We arrived early from a cruise and they got us a room before 9am. The price is very reasonable....More
Pros: clean room, friendly staff, good location. Cons: dated decor, wifi didn't work, elevator very slow, small issues with room. Bottom line: only consider this hotel if you need to stay downtown and are on a tight budget.

Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant,
stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
