Horrible Customer Service. Charge wrong rooms after discharge and wouldn’t reimburse the credit card who they wrongly charged until they straighten out the error they made with other room who has a totally different credit card, name and checked in and discharged separately. Credit card was provided and scanned through of the correct account. They had missed and made error on day of checkin and day of paying for additional night. They don’t help but leave the person who they wrongly charge in limbo and don’t email all parties involved to correct their mistake. They also charged the wrong amount ( increased the rate) until reports of receipts and emails were made to them. They were unwilling to reimburse the victim of their charge until they received the credit card for a third time. ( x1 check in, x2 next night additional stay, and x3 telephone call from room who they should’ve charged but raised the rate higher lol. ) No emails from them, no left messages to straighten out their error, but stick it to an another account that they had likely because of dining etc. Dirty Business … but we’re just a number right? Beware and always check your credit card as they will charge and not reimburse until honest individuals are willing to help correct their error…

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your stay with us. While this situation has been resolved with reversals on done one credit card and another one being charged once we had the correct number. All credit cards used were with your party of 3 rooms. There was also initial confusion as your reservations through Expedia were not actually correct. This took less than 24 hours to resolve and was handled by several managers in this hotel. Having said all that, we have done our part and your credit cards should be in order. It is unfortunate that all this confusion occurred and we are sorry that this happened.

We were able to check in early. Staff were friendly. Stayed in a 2bedroom suite, 1 bathroom. Room was quiet, no road noise and beds were comfy. Small lounge area with sofa bed and small kitchenette area was good, but not alot of bench space. Bathroom small for a 2 bedroom. Parking was separate to hotel and was easy. Free breakfast of cereal, toast, fruit, muffins, coffee, tea and juice and was adequate. Hotel was conveniently located within short walking distance to Gaston, yaletown, Canada place. Overall good hotel to stay at.

We spent 5 nights at Rosedale on Robson in a condo. The unit featured a king bed kitchenette and living Room. Nice city view from the 8th floor. Very pleased with location, Robson St has everything, easy walk to the train stations, moderate walk to Stanley park. Bed and sofa were comfortable, everything functioned perfectly. Room was quiet with normal city sounds, street level felt safe, even after returning from Richmond Night Market.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during our trip to BC. We were fortunate to get a spacious room on the 18th floor with a balcony. The room was quiet and comfortable (except for the occasional sirens at night as mentioned by others). We enjoyed the pool, the saunas (dry and wet) and hot tub after a long day of site seeing. The included continental breakfast (book directly with the hotel) was good for getting a quick start in the morning. The small galley kitchen in the room was dated but adequate for our needs (only used the fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker) The location was excellent. It was an easy walk to downtown and the transit system enabled us to get around the whole city without a car. There are a number of restaurant choices near by as well as a grocery store and liquor store within walking distance. We did have a car for one night and found the parking garage good but expensive (to be expected in the city).…

Thank you for such an extensive review. Our location seems to have worked out well for you. With regard to the parking, our registered guests get a discount from the standard parking fees. It is the taxes that really drive the cost. They are 35%.

We stayed at Rosedale on Robson for three nights. Our room was excellent. Although a little dark in the "living area", the living space was well equipped. The bed was wonderful. The staff was phenomenal. The hotel is centrally located. We would certainly recommend it.

Deluxe suite was far from deluxe the bedrooms were nice. The sitting area was tired with no window the kitchenette was way below standard and did not and would not use it. Much better hotels for the price 1278 dollars for 4 nights. The location is good. Staff were friendly and helpfully

Best place to stay. Close to all amenities especially eateries. Staff are so fast, efficient, and super friendly. I love the keurig options. I keep coming back. 5th stay so far. Very clean rooms. I will be back.
