We spent two nights at the Rosedale twice, once before a cruise and two nights after the cruise. The first time we were told that we would have to come back at four and the second time they fitted us in straight away which was great. The first couple of days was in a room on the 2nd floor, room...

We often stay at Rosedale on Robson when we attend events in Vancouver, as it is centrally located to most venues and we can walk to and from various stadiums, theaters or other venues. This time we were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely patio outside our room and access to a beautifully landscaped area on the third floor!

We spent 2 nights at the Rosedale on Robson recently. I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the suite. We had a king suite with a wall of windows in the bedroom. It was lovely and bright despite a couple of partly rainy Vancouver days. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Although we did not really...

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of April, we arrived from Australia to the hotel at 8am and our room wasn't ready as I had forgotten to book for the night before. Rosedale did an amazing job and had our room ready by 11am. We were able to leave our luggage with them while we went and...

I travelled on may 02nd and 3rd to Vancouver for business and stayed at Rosedale on Robson. this hotel is one of my favourite in town. Great location, room was spacious some kind of a suite, bed was very comfortable, and the room is extremely clean. I had a view on the city. I got breakfast included in my price,...

The location is amazing. Very central. The problem: • the heater/air con unit is the loudest and most annoying thing I have heard in years. This is my third night of not being able to sleep...even with earplugs. It's ghastly. •stayed with kids that needed to use the fold out couch. I have no idea why the furniture was arranged...

Clean, roomy and quiet place right downtown located near Yaletown with many quality restaurants within walking distance. 1 Bedroom with 2 queens and a separate lounge/tv room which was great for us as I had a session at Van General Hospital next day while my wife could stay up & read/tv etc. Easy drive across the bridge to VGH and...

We used this hotel recently on an anniversary trip to Vancouver. Although the hotel and the rooms are a bit dated, they were spacious and clean. We were surprised to have a suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. The hotel is walking distance from several neighborhoods with restaurants and activities -- even walking to Stanley Park (which looks...

It's a suite hotel and the last 2 visits April 14-17 and May 2 we had a lovely spacious one bedroom. Floor to ceiling windows right in the heart of Yaletown. During our May visit we had the pleasure of listening to U2 rehearsing at B.C. Place Stadium just 3 blocks away.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the U2 rehearsal. At least you did not get stuck in the very long lines to get into the concert. Thank you for your review.

I travel a lot and though this is not the most updated facility, it was definitely one that felt most like home. The suite design with living room and kitchenette felt like being in your own apartment. Floor to ceiling windows make for a very airy feeling and great views of the downtown core. Also arrived early morning (9:15 am)...

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighbourhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
