A friend and I were looking forward to a night away in this downtown hotel. The lobby was very nice, but that's were it ended. The room was mediocre at best. Very outdated and the beds were really hard. Thin walls; we could hear everything our neighbors said. Dial radio was set 2 hrs ahead, very few tv channels and...

I thoroughly enjoyed my week here. This hotel is centrally located. It rained for 5 days! We ran in and out for lunch and a lovely late meal at CinCin's. Enjoyed Escents aromatherapy and the Juicery. Walked Stanley Park in the rain too. Such a lovely city, with lots of tea to keep us warm

Let's be honest up front- as per other reviews it is dated. But at least all the pics are not photoshopped- what you see online is what you get. The beds are great with clean crisp linen and that's the most important thing. Rooms are quite large and I believe every room has a view of city or sea. Location...

Stayed here after taking a cruise. Hotel is walking distance from cruise port. Lots of restaurants to choose from but this hotel has a restaurant called the cloud. Fantastic view of Vancouver at night. Food is great too. Car rental available and hop on hop off goes by this hotel. Would stay again.

I've spent a day there, and despite it's really good location (by Robson street, which is a booming area with both excellent restaurants and bars) the price could be better. The lobby service was OK, and the rooms are just enough to get you confortable, but nothing over that.

Our room was okay, not necessarily for the price we paid, but I'm not super picky. We did need to have maintenance help twice, once because our heater was acting crazy and once because our toilet was running from the moment we arrived. Some of the front staff was less than friendly, but the maintenance guy was super nice! The...

This hotel is located near downtown Vancouver, between downtown and the English Bay, walk to Stanley Park if you want. The front desk gentleman (Robert or Rob?) was very nice, though quiet, very pleasant. He gave us a room on the 33rd floor (without us ever requesting) was breathtaking! My family staying across the street at another hotel, not very...

This was my second time staying here within the past two months. The first time I stayed in December was great! The room we had offered a great view of downtown and rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite having the same room qualities as my initial stay, we ended up having to pay for wifi this time which we had...

When we checked in at the hotel front desk, the clerks were very grumpy without any reason. They were rather racists... Would it really bother you to at least give us a smile or any sorts of welcome signs to ease up our long journey? The location and the view was quite nice, however the room doors did not seem...

Robson Street is a shopper's paradise. Whether a window shopper or a serious trendsetter, a fashionista or a dabbler, the crowd of independent boutiques, quirky one-off shops, and well-known luxury brands on Robson Street have something to cater for every itch in your wallet. As a result, it draws a diverse crowd, and the people-watching along this famous walking thoroughfare is a primary attraction.
