Staying at the Westin Grand was a great escape to relax and be treated like family while attending a concert in Vancouver. The hotel was immaculate and is hard to believe that pets stay free, and are treated like human guests.

Sizey rooms are suite sized, which gets better when you get upgraded to a real suite! Mini kitchens make you feel at home, but being downtown on Robson makes it easy to navigate downtown! Highly recommend!

Not the best Westin. But great location and great hotel regardless! - Close to shopping spots, stadium, and restaurants/night life - Very close (3 blocks) to the SkyTrain / Canada Line which means speedy and low cost public transit to the airport. - Free umbrella for use in the room. - Great room. Clean. Not super modern but fresh. -...

Rooms are actually suites. Come complete with a 'kitchen'. Not a full kitchen but adequately equipped for many uses. I asked for and was given at no extra charge a large fridge and an electric kettle .Amazing views.

Was here teaching (and of course for a Canucks game) and I must say, first class treatment all the way - was upgraded to a corner suite on the 21st floor with fantastic views. Comfortable big rooms with a kitchenette, robes, you name it. The manager Celia sent up sparkling water and a meat and cheese tray that was outstanding...

We were here for one week and it was great. Starting off with the front desk staff-very professional, accommodating and friendly. The same can be said for restaurant staff, bait staff and bell hops. Even the house keeping staff were gracious. Room was clean and spacious. Good linen, tv and an Ihome. Breakfast was great! Nice variety plus healthy options.

Been coming to this hotel for years now, a few days in the summer and then some odd days through out the winter or fall, a day of shopping or a night out with my husband. I spend rather long periods of time in-room working during my trips and rarely does one meet a hotel with complete essentials for both work and relaxation. Plenty of room space, attention to detail, excellent customer service on part of management. Will definitively stay there again

The hotel is very well located, in downtown, walking distance from shopping, restaurants, the subway and all the attractions in the city. Even the hop on-hop off tours stop across the street, off the library. The service is very attentive and kind. I enjoyed my time there and definitively will stay there if I'm back in the city
