Great position. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Wifi was quick and reliable. Upper floor had a good view of the surrounding city, down to Stanley Park. Front desk staff were helpful and accommodating.

Dear OzBlondie, Thank you for your comments, we appreciate that you had an enjoyable stay with us. Location, Location, Location, that is always what they say about buying a home but the same can be said about picking a hotel in a destination like Vancouver. It is a big city with lots to see and do. Robson St. has always...

Our stay was short, just two nights. Staff was friendly, they were doing some renovations so it was a little loud but not a problem. However some people in the hotel were extremely noisy both nights we were there, around 2am. Otherwise the rooms are large and modern, the kitchenette is nice, and location is perfect.

Dear Jelisa999, Thank you for your comments we do appreciate and read them all. I do apologise about the construction going on right now, we are replacing all the flooring in the suites. We have to take advantage of the quieter time of the year to keep things up to date. We are only doing floor work on Tue, Wed,...

The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The reception area is very inviting and the staff are very helpful. The location is excellent and is very well situated but the room maintenance was the hotel's downfall. Initial impressions were very good but use and staying revealed old painted over doors, radiators hanging off the wall, air con units...

Dear Rob K, Thank you for your comments and we hear you loud and clear. We are in the midst of updating all the rooms with new flooring, drapes, paint, reupholstered furniture and new beds. We are working frantically to get all the rooms done and it is no easy task but we are getting there. I am happy that...

The Riviera on Robson is an extremely clean hotel with very efficient check in thanks to Carlos and Hana who were most welcoming. Very good location ,it is in a quieter older part of town going towards Stanley Park. Easy to get to from Burrard Station the no 5 bus stops almost right outside the door.Up the roads of leafy...

Dear Tracey526, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel, we are very happy that you enjoyed your stay and you found the team accommodating. We are very lucky to have such a great location being right down town on one of Vancouver's most recognisable streets when it comes to shopping and as you pointed out not that...

Booked cheap through online booking agency, and got a room according to the price. Thin walls, some space around the door, normal talking from other apartments can be heard clearly, showering and hallway walking as well. "Fully equipped" kitchen was 2 small pots 2 plates cutlery and a microwave. Heater at max kept the temperature at about 18 C with...

Great location Downtown amongst restaurants , shopping and sights. The service from Hana and the staff was very friendly - they were always helpful to help out . Room very clean and the bed comfy . Ask for a room above level three as the lower levels are a little street noisy for us country people. Price - sensational for...

It was good for the one night all of our family staying (6 of us 5 adults and 1 child). Room was clean, everyone liked the fireplace and my grandson loved the scenery. I wish it had better instructions on heat control. But everyone enjoyed the stay.

Large, well-equipped rooms. Comfortable bed, nice views from the upper floors. Great location, in the midst of Robson street, walking distances from the waterfront, convention centre, restaurants, and shopping.

Me and my friend stayed a few weeks at Riviera on Robson and were not impressed at all. Despite the low quality service, fitting and equipment found in the apartment prices were quite high compared and, in the end we paid more than agreed initially. I wouldn't recommend this hotel while in Vancouver.

I had planned a day downtown with my three-year old daughter and needed a place for her to nap, I found an amazing rate from the hotel and booked right away. I was absolutely blown away by the value and quality of service. We arrived 30 min before check-in time as my daughter was really tired. The check-in itself took...
