Thank you staff and everyone at this hotel for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Ever friendly crew, unique tasty meals, warm service and efficient front desk team are all assets to this popular hotel. Congratulations

Yes, this hotel does have a wonderful location and very friendly staff, but I don't think I would ever give it 5 stars considering the price of a room. The rooms seem pretty ordinary, the air conditioner in my room had a difficult time keeping the room cool (it was only 10C outside), the main floor and lobby look quite...

Very clean and quiet. Nice hotel. My only complaint is the bottled water in the room is $8 a bottle so make sure you bring your own if you don't want to pay a lot for a drink or to make your coffee in the morning. It is right downtown so close to many shops and restaurants. The train and...

Absolutely fabulous in every way, loved the hotel, the staff, and all the helpful items in the room. I can't wait to stay again! The room was spotless, bed was very comfy, plenty of transportation outside. Will be back!

The service at the hotel was 5 Star++. Every level of staff member welcomed us and was sincerely interested in making sure we were very happy. Sheron at the Concierge Desk was superb and went out of her way to assist us with restaurant reservations. And our dinner and service at Yew; the restaurant at the Four Seasons was perfect....

We decided to stay in Vancouver for a night just a couple days before. Therefore our choice of hotel was based on availability, price and location. We got extremely lucky with Four Seasons! Staff was great, lobby very stylish (and that wonderful smell!) and our room all I could ask for. Only now came to think of why don't all...

Rereading the glowing reviews, I think we may have stayed at a different property! Our experience was AWFUL! We found the hotel to be downright shabby, from the very tired looking inelegant reception area to a hotel room that had the look and feel of a motel room off a highway. Worse yet, when we complained, we were told it...

Business travel schedules can be tight and tiring so when you find out that a room is ready at the time that suites your needs it is a bonus. The staff made a small but still extra effort to accommodate me and that is a beautiful thing.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons for 4 days on business. It is a great location while in Vancouver. You can access the mall right from the hotel, and the sky trains are right around the corner. The service is the main reason I return to the Four Seasons, it's beyond excellent. They are so attentive and polite, it...

I love how the hotel staff made the kids feel special! From welcoming them at the lobby with a lollipop( asked parents first quietly) and a little souvenir. After swimming we returned to our room to find milk and cookies. It made my husbands birthday weekend even more special!!

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
