Whsilt this hotel is a tad 1980's in its decor, it is very comfortable and the staff are amazing. Only here for one night yet the feature was the bed which was as good as any I've slept in. Also great value as its not expensive

We usually stay in smaller boutique hotels or B&B's, so this was a different experience for us lately. We traveled with son's family including a 15 month old and a 5 year old. There was nothing I can say that doesn't fall into the "excellent" category. From the time we got to the front door to the time we checked...

My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons Vancouver for my birthday. We noticed that service has gone downhill compared to previous stays at the hotel. No mention of my birthday was made when checking in (no "happy birthday"). A cheap happy birthday cupcake and party hat were left in the room. On previous stays a plate with macarons...

A few qualifiers to start with: - I have a very high expectation of service from this hotel group - My wife and I visited during a busy holiday season and arrived late in the evening - We were exhausted when we arrived having endured an epic journey involving lugging heavy snowboard gear and suitcases over slushy snow covered paths...

Traveled here w a friend. Hotel service was exceptional. Never had any issues. The room was clean and the location is superb. For the right price it's a great value in an expensive city. If you come to Vancouver this is a great hotel to stay at!

We stayed for 2 nights over the Christmas holidays and as always we wish we could have stayed longer! 1. Location is unbeatable - Shopping is right out the hotel door. You don't even need a jacket or an umbrella, if it is raining (or snowing this year), to go outside and you can still get to The Bay, London...

Always enjoy our stay here. We consider it our home away from home. Service, location, and amenities are fabulous. We stay several times a year when we need a little getaway.... we are never disappointed!

The stay was without fault. They checked us in early which typically doesn't happen at lesser hotels. The outdoor heated pool was a great attraction and hit swimming in the snow. Breakfast was very good and offered good value. The staff were excellent and helpful particularly the bell hops. The position is central and close to trains although right next...

Great location, but terrible parking and inconvenient to carry your belongins from parking lot to your room if you use self-parking. Self-parking costs you over $41.50 for overnight without in-and-out that's different from what the front desk at the hotel told me. In addition, there is no attendant at the pool, so use the facility at your own risk.

Easy check in. Great location. People were complaining about the $8 water, but they also provide free water. Turn down service was very nice. Anything that we asked for answered or provided quickly. (Raw rice for the phone I dropped in the toilet). Great gym and pool. Size of the gym seemed appropriate but filled up every morning. Showers in...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
